“I used to be in this location daily for many years I knew all the staff like family. A round covid the management was so horrible we could not come back anymore and I'm so glad I finally gave in and stopped. The restaurant is beautiful the staff is happy you finally have Carrie is the manager and she is wonderful the place is running how it should be at least from the customer standpoint. And the food is delicious both the chefs I've seen working in the last 2 days of coming in have been happy as they work in the food is wonderful. And we really love your new menu. Thank you for finally recognizing who cares enough about your restaurant to run at the right way and putting carrie as manager. And command Kelly, brandi , olivia they are awesome!“

“Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

“I have been to Firebirds 3 times in the last 2 weeks. I love there food. I really like the valentines day special they had, the salmon with grits and lobster quest. So good. The only item I did not like was the bread. Everything else was great including the Black Diamond Martini.“

I love to get the grilled steak dip sandwich, dont forget to add the sautéed mushrooms and onions. Dipping this bad boy into the aus jus... IS MAGICAL!! 🤩 the steak is the perfect thickness with great texture, each bite getting that gooey cheese, then sautéed onions and mushroom chunks ... Soooo delightful!! “We come to this location every month for a professionals luncheon in their event space upstairs. The team takes such amazing care of us. James is extremely accommodating and always communicates back quickly. Stew always checks in after our lunches to make sure the service was good. Giovanni takes such good care of us, always patient and kind, always in a good mood. He makes it such a good experience for us. The food is always hot and fresh, and it is always good. Highly recommend for just casual dining or if you have an event. You won’t be disappointed!“
