“Ordered 24 cookies for my husband for Father’s Day. I received the wrong cookies so I reached out via email and they stated I must have received someone else’s order because they wouldn’t substitute as many as were different and they offered to resend or to refund. I chose the refund bc I don’t need another 24 cookies but I’m glad they responded so quickly and want to make it right. I am a repeat customer and enjoy their product.

Wanted the cookies to arrive on Friday the 14th, they arrived Thursday the 13th, no issues with shipping. Packaging was cute and my husband did try one of the flavors I knew he’d like and said it was very good. We just ended up with some flavors we didn’t request and we won’t eat them so we’ll be giving them away. Abigail in customer service was great!“

“Needed a custom 'fish' themed birthday cake for my daughters birthday and they did not disappoint. Decorated by hand, and the cake was honestly one of the best I've ever had. New go -to for birthday cakes! Also we get their donuts weekly for the office (and we deliver them to clients) they are amazing and everyone loves them!“

The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

“The Dakota bread is my favorite! I drive 16 miles to purchase it. I often get a pepperoni roll and some other seasonal bread. It freezes well in addition to making wonderful toast and sandwiches. The owners a friendly and will happily describe any of the breads. On the fall they have a wonderful pumpkin roll which is much fresher and tastier than the those from the grocery.“

“I have been shopping at Cake Craft for years. I was going there when the husband ran the register. He was a hoot. I was very saddened by his passing. I have gotten to know his wife and the rest of the family very well. They are always very accommodating and willing to help me with anything I need. Over the last few years I have had some medical challenges and every time I walk in they inquire as to how I am doing, which means a lot to me. Last time I went in the owner and her daughter were not there...I missed seeing them. None the less I received excellent service. I saw the changes that had been made and I am happy they have more help. Change is good. I do hope I see the owner and her daughter on my next visit. If they are no longer working in the store I do wish them well. As I will continue to be one of your best customers. And if you are in the baking business and have yet to check this place out you are definitely missing out.“

“I absolutely love those pretzels they have the best pretzels for the best price is the only reason I didn’t get five stars is because they said that they were open until 10 and then they closed at 8:30 when I got there so I was very unpleased with that because if I would’ve known that I would have gotten the pretzels before we went shopping.
