“I literally LOVE this place. My fave & go to Chinese place. Only reason I gave service 4/5 starts is because the time they close is different everywhere listed!!! Online it says 8, but I think their in-store pamphlet menu says 7:30. I also wish they stayed open later. :(“

“From the moment we made our reservation, we were treated to a hospitality and warmth sorely lacking in today's world. While we went at noon, the music and decor were as relaxing as an evening or even late- night event. Our server Simeon was professional and committed to make our meal a memorable one. At our request, he described different dishes, telling us what he recommended and what to expect. He was attentive without hovering. The food was as outstanding as was the service. While the shrimp toast appetizer, Wong's chicken, and Clay pot were delicious, beautifully prepared, we were overwhelmed by the presentation, taste, and experience of the coconut bread pudding with rum sauce. “My fiancé swears by Lulu's. She grew up in Glendale and the food is just as good as it's always been for her. We met and lived in NYC for 10 years before she brought me back to Ohio. I started working just around the corner from Lulu's and now I'm bring it home a few times a month so she can get that taste of nostalgia. Doesn't hurt that the food is comparable to NYC's Chinatown. Highly recommend.“

“I am very critical of where I buy Chinese food. I have to say, Golden Chen was the best I have had in years. Even the reheated leftovers were mouth watering and making me wish I had more.
I don't have any pictures, I enjoyed my food too thoroughly to bother. But I had an egg roll and Chicken with Broccoli.
The egg roll was freshly made, crunchy yet soft on the inside and filled with a delicious variety of vegetables.
The Chicken and Broccoli was juicy and succulent. There was enough chicken for you to have a piece with every bite. The broccoli was perfectly steamed and abundant. There were sliced carrots that soaked up the sauce. Now the sauce 😋!!!! The perfect amount of, what seemed like, extra sauce that coated everything and was so packed with an amazing taste. Can I get this separately? Oh, so freaking good.
Now the last thing.... And this made the meal top notch, was the fried rice. A light brown in color full of peas, onions and small carrot pieces. It wasn't dry like so many other restaurants and had a flavor that was out of this world.
Combining all of these amazing foods.... Fantastic 😍

The chicken wings were SO juicy and they had the perfect crunch!🤩 The seasoning in the batter was lovely and my husband and I didn't need any sauce, highly recommend. His chicken teriyaki was also rather juicy for white meat and they had a nice smokey flavor, so he was very happy.😊 I had the chicken Pad Thai and each little flavor would sneak up on me while I ate. Fantastically balanced all the way through and I even dug into the middle of the dish and still could find peanuts!🥜

“My Girl Scout troop picked Chinese food to try as part of their New Cuisine badge. My co-leader and I found this place because it said if can make things gluten friendly, which would satisfy an allergy we have. The place is bigger then I thought it would be. It was clean and bright. Lots of people at lunchtime, but not too busy. A lot of food options at great pricing. Vegetarian options: Nice selection.

“Not all Chinese restaurants are the same. And each one has its specialities. This one does a very good job in what they specialize, which is Guangdong/Shanghai style dish. What that means is that their speciality is not Sichuanese. So if you go there, you should order Guangdong/Shanghai food not Sichuanese. They do a phenomenal job with that dish.

You should get:
- Shanghai Style Eggplants
- Moo Goo Gai
- Sizzling Seafood Combination
(Any seafood menu was good from my experience)

These are not the best:
- Mapa Tofu or Double Cooked Pork (they are Sichuanese dish)“
