“Whoever the bartender/mixologist was on Friday, January 24th…shout out! I always usually only ever order Expresso Martinis. It is always rare that certain establishments even offer/make them. However, this was one the absolute best one I have ever had…and I have had MANY!! lol! I had 3 that night and each one was amazing! I will be back for more!“

“Gabriel was an awesome server. Attentive, not annoying, willing to chat and did not seemed rushed. Food was great. Portions seemed large for tapas, which, of course, is a good thing. My wife and I split the bouillabaisse and the hummus along with a bottle of wine. Plenty of food and drink and only used 1/2 of a $250 gift card we were given.“

“A hidden gem on Garfield Place . We decided to throw out the Hyde park restaurants and try something new . The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!“

“Another great meal in the bar area of Cap Grill. From drinks, to wine, to desert it's always an amazing meal. Our group started with oysters, tuna, and crab cakes which were all excellent. Main courses were a number of different steak cuts that were all excellent and perfectly prepared. Lots of options for sides but the truffle fries and creamed spinach stood out. Service was excellent from everyone on the team. We love this restaurant and especially enjoy the vibe of the bar area.“

“My husband and I stopped in today for lunch after seeing it recommended on Google. The fresh focaccia with olive oil and balsamic were hands down the best I’ve ever had. My husband enjoyed his wedge salad and we split a highly delicious pepperoni pizza. Mike and Maddie were so welcoming! We even got to enjoy their brand new outdoor umbrellas which gave such a nice touch to their outdoor dining patio. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later! 🥰“

“Anjou is a beautiful cocktail bar in the dainty neighborhood of Walnut Hills. On a warm evening, Anjou props open their windows making the whole place hip and relaxing. I quite enjoyed their light and refreshing ube cocktail. Paid parking can be conveniently on the same street.“

“I’m not a wine person but my wife wanted to try a wine bar and we decided to come to Skeleton Root. When talking to the staff I informed them of my lack of wine knowledge. They were very helpful and professional. They recommended a couple of different wines which we tried and to my astonishment, I enjoyed a couple of their wines. The atmosphere was rustic and laid back which I loved. It was a lovely experience and I would like to thank the staff for their suggestions and their help.“

“1215 is one of the best coffee shops I’ve had the pleasure of frequenting, and I make it a habit to go here at least once a week. It’s in the heart of OTR and is super convenient for anyone in that area. I’m on a first name basis with the baristas and ordering food/coffee from them feels less transactional and more human. They sell Deeper Roots coffee which is top notch, and I could drink their house blend for the rest of my life. They have a really solid selection of teas too. The place is not at all pretentious, and has a regular clientele that is relaxed and friendly - and the place is bustling but not too busy. The music they play is at the right volume and is well-curated - Americana, folk, 2000s indie, soft rock, blues. Around 5-6pm the coffee shop vibe slowly turns into a romantic and cozy wine bar with live music on some nights. The flowers on the tables are replaced by candles and the lights are dimmed. While I’m usually busier in the evenings, this tempts me to stay all day. Fantastic place that I cannot recommend enough!“

“First time here with my family celebrating our wedding anniversary. Kids got burgers, wife got herself a burger and I choose the three course meal- BLT salad, baby back ribs, Cole slaw and fresh fruit. Everything was well beyond my expectations. Kids devoured their food, wife was highly impressed with her choice and my ribs fell right off the bone. The atmosphere was very pleasant, not too busy for a Sunday even though we did make a reservation. Very friendly service right from the start. Server was absolutely friendly and very helpful. “What a CUTE coffee shop 😍😍 The inside is absolutely darling and has plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee and breakfast. We opted to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful weather. Super dog friendly which is always great to see. And lots of breakfast options. We got the quinoa bowl for a gluten free option and it was so good. The sausage in it was very light and everything else was very filling. They also had some fun gluten free muffins and a s'mores bar that was super tasty!! Definitely recommend if you live in the area or are just visiting 👌“

“Stopped in today for Brunch, everything was amazing as always! Maeve was the bartender and I could see she had some guests that thought they were the only people who mattered. She smiled and was very professional. I tip my hat to her for having to deal with entitled people and not even flinch! We always try to get out to Loveland for brunch whenever possible. The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, food is always delicious, and let us not forget the remarkable cocktails! They even have tasty ones for those who do not drink alcohol! I have to say Tano is my go to place!“
