I know it takes extra time to make those grilled sandwiches.And every time I drive through which is often, they are super friendly, amazing and very, very pleasant. Their customer service is beyond great! “Holy cow what a place!!!! The burger was soooo good, the fries were incredible, that queso they give you is so good, just incredible tasting!! The only con is the price, for a burger and then if you want to combo it for fries and a drink is almost 20 dollars 🤯!!! That was a little too much for me, but I spent it anyway cause it looked very good, and it was very good. Probably wouldn't combo it again cause it was way too expensive to combo it, but if you want to spend the big bucks you can do that.“

“We had been given a gift card to The Rail, as there was a location near us in Akron. We decided to finally get around to use the gift card, because you know they just sit in those drawers forever, and discovered that the Akron location had closed. We didn't want to lose our money, so we made the trip to Strongsville so that we could use up our card. This location is in a strip mall near a large shopping mall. Plenty of parking, and the restaurant had lots of great seating options. The wait staff was very friendly, and attentive. We both got the smash burger special and it was delicious! Definitely recommend!“

“Every 6-8 weeks I meet a couple of friends at Dina’s for lunch. We met Saturday Jan 3rd 2026 about 1:45. It was extremely busy. As soon as we were seated our server Jenn (Jennifer O) got down to business with us. She was calm, attentive and friendly. “Charlie's was a dandy little diner we found during our recent trip to Cleveland. The first thing you notice is the very flashy looking exterior of their building which I thought looked awesome. The inside of the building is quite small with limited seating but was very well kept and clean. Their menu consists mainly of breakfast options and hot dog options. I went the hot dog route trying a Chili Dog and one plain with stadium mustard. The stadium mustard was just a dijon variation and was fine. Their chili was excellent with great flavour and just delicious on the dog. The dogs themselves were 100% beef and were the best part as it should be. Great flavour and a nice snap to them they were just stellar. The onion rings I got as a side I would rate as average. The service was pretty darn good for us as well. All in all a very good diner stop for us.“

“I was traveling from Canada 🇨🇦 to see the Rocky & Roll Hall of Fame with my family.
We went to Pizza Melt and we were greeted by Jacob!
I’ve never been welcomed into any establishment the way he greeted us all.
It was like a big group hug 🤗 he handed all of us menus, spoke to all of us individually, answering our questions, engaging us with care, sincerity, and great care in a way I never experienced.
We totally forgot we were there to eat as we all talked for a good while.
We will be back just to see Jacob.
The pizza he made us was the best pizza I’ve ever had.
He told us it was hand made dough from on old world Turkish recipe.
They cut their ingredients fresh daily from local markets.
That they also make their own pizza sauce.
Mentioning that they are a family owned business that started a couple years ago.
The whole experience was amazing, thank you Jacob for everything, my children loved you too!

“Don’t let the outside look fool you into thinking it’s not good! My wife got the chili dog and I grabbed a Big Dave Burger with large fry. Both were outstanding. Fresh cut fries with little salt and deep fried to perfection. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.“

“Hi this is a steven, food guy just a steep in the food lunch, got here today I had a monster Burger without the Burger I had a double chicken instead and that was perfectly perfectly cooked absolutely fantastic that was a 9.7 the steak fries were unbelievable cook perfectly they were on 9.9 my mother had a red tavern Burger with what the red tavern sauce which is a 1000 island sauce she gives it a 9 day and and a 9.8 and a And the sweet potato fries she is at A955 9.5 also also the general manager mark It's outstanding A GM Northwest going on very knowledgeable of the business and We will definitely come back again. I am referring to mark at the North Homestead in Ohio the Red Robin and North Homestead Mark is the GM very nice understands business really well.“

“My favorite place to grab food in First Energy stadium. It’s a bit limited because it’s in the private club section. That being said, I have season tickets in the club section! Best time to grab a burger is right after the first quarter or third. They stay open a little bit after the game to. There’s a few beers on a tap and a more canned options to select from.“

“(Last visited September 20, 2023.) Hanging out in Cleveland, OH on business and it's #WingWednesday! So I did some searching on Yelp to see who's got the best in the area! A place called Characters Bar & Grill kept coming up. So here's how things went!\n\nAtmosphere/Appearance: This place is like... at the EDGE of Cleveland's city limits. Lol. Brookpark Road or something. Once I pulled up it just felt like a nice, neighborhood spot! It does have a private parking lot, big outdoor section (where we sat) and plenty of space on the inside. It's a traditional setup. TVs everywhere, random swag and decor all throughout, plenty of high-top tables for seating and a big bar rail. The energy was lively and the music was so random. Lol. If you've been, you know what I mean.\n\nService: I can't remember the name of who took care of us, but she was funny, sweet and just made sure we had everything that we needed. \n\nFood: While here I was able to try a few wings, so let's begin. First up were the Mike's Sweet Island Heat. For the record, if you order 10 wings, you can split them into 2-5s for an extra $1.00 if you want separate flavors. Also, on the menu there are 3 "types" of sauces that they offer. The first kind are Buffalo based sauces, the 2nd are barbecue based sauces and the last is "other". Lol. Anyway, these looked amazing, were super saucy and were a decent, seemingly normal size. I got lots of good fruity notes and aromatics as I put the wing to my nose. After tasting the flavors carried through with a bold, fruity, rich flavor. There was good spice and it felt like a chipotle based spice. It was a unique flavor for sure that I hadn't tasted before. Next up was Lenny's Honey Sriracha Teriyaki which is a mouthful of a name, but the flavors showed up! It was a good teriyaki base with citrusy lemon flavors that actually made my lips pucker just a bit. These weren't spicy at all, but it was missing something, I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Next up was Chipotle which I was lead to believe would be the hottest sauce on the menu based on it's placement on the menu, but I was wrong. This one did have some GOOD heat to it. The ingredients were balanced very well that created very bold, rich, hearty, chipotle flavors. I really liked this one. Next up were the Mild Buffalo. These were super saucy, juicy and had a very straightforward traditional Buffalo flavor that had some excellent flavor. The bleu cheese to go with these was a creamy, mild sauce that would cool your mouth down if you can't handle the spice. Next up was the XXX Buffalo which is actually the hottest sauce on the menu. The sauce was a bit watery which is a dead giveaway that it wouldn't be as spicy as it claims to be. It was still delicious, but the spice took a while to kick in, but it's nothing to write home about. It was like a kicked up Buffalo.\n\nValue: It's a sports bar, so the food won't be terrible expensive. I was there on Wednesday and wings were $1.00 each. Not bad at all considering how expensive I've see some. They even had $5.00 steaks this night, but I can only imagine them being a Salisbury steak or something. Lol.\n\nIn conclusion, I had a blast here. The food was great, the people are awesome, I felt welcomed and it just felt like a good place to hang out! I look forward to returning and trying some more flavors!“

“Went there yesterday to get tobacco and tubes somehow every time I go go there lately the price of my hot rod tubes go from 2.19/2.49/4.31 yesterday, I’m on a fixed income !! The tobacco hasn’t changed but if the owner/manager isn’t there they charge me what ever they want“
