“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service!

I had an amazing experience at this Taco Bell location (14701 Snow Rd, Brook Park).
The employee working the drive-thru tonight — I believe his name was something like Nico / Niko — was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely friendly.

All I did was ask him how his day was going, and he responded with such a positive attitude. He even went above and beyond and gave me my order for free, purely out of kindness. That kind of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

He made my day better, and employees like him are the reason people come back.
If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would.

“The last time I had Mexican food this good I was in Cozumel eating at the home of a local. Everything here tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. Not one thing reminded me of a chain restaurant, this is the real thing. The food is made by people who know how it should taste. On this visit I had a carnitas quesadilla and the meat was tender and tasty, the tortilla perfectly crunchy. The service was fast but not rushed, friendly and helpful, gracious. Kudos to the team putting out food of this quality that is also affordable. A meal here will not only fill you up, but you might leave with enough for a late-night snack, too. Oh yeah, don't miss the Flan - I got one to go since I was stuffed from dinner. Thank you!“

“This was our 2nd visit and it did not disappoint. Jillian J greeted us with energy and information. She was on point from when we sat down until when we left. My wife had shrimp tacos, and I had birria quesadillas. Both were excellent including the grilled quac starter! See you next time we visit Cleveland!

“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

“We used Cozumel Brunswick for our daughter’s graduation party this past Sunday and everything was delicious!! We got the taco bar with half ground meat/half shredded chicken. Everything was ready on time and looked and tasted just as expected. A special shoutout for them also remedying an unexpected situation we ran into once the party started. We had placed all of the meats in crockpots to stay warm and when a guest lifted the lid on the shredded chicken the glass shattered everywhere into the food. Cozumel was contacted to place another order for more chicken and when we arrived to pick it up and pay for it they said it was no charge!!! Great customer service especially for something that was not even their fault, highly recommend!!!“

“I ALWAYS make time to go to Currito whenever I fly into CLE. I'm so sad whenever I land late and they are closed LOL. Their bowls are so delicious and filling. They can be one large meal or two small meals. And they are pretty healthy considering all of the fresh vegetables you get with them. Prices also seem fair for the amount of food you are getting.“

“I went to Los Amigos Locos for the first time yesterday. It was amazing!!! Everyone’s food looked tasty- and reports confirmed that. I had Los Camerones Locos-what an incredible meal. “I just wanna point out that I’ve been in Cleveland now for quite some time and the best Mexican food that I have found so far has been here at Taqueria El Paraiso. I love their posole and especially love their chili Rellenos.
I would really recommend you guys give them an opportunity to show you how good their food really is. I eat there at least three times a week.“

The parking lot needs attention. I was walking back to my car and the heel of my shoe got sucked into a small DEEP pothole and I fell and scraped bruised my knee really bad. I have included pictures of the location of the people eating hole. Avoid parking in front of the tree.

“El Rodeo is always great. My family has eaten here probably close to 100 times (I don't know if that's an exaggeration) and I don't think we've ever been unhappy with the food.

The service is great, everybody is always so friendly.

The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes.

“NORTH OLMSTED LOCATION: So, I was on my way to church and decided to stop here to try something new. I got in line and was greeted right away by such a wonderful lady! I have very bad anxiety to begin with, and when you add in the social part, I get overwhelmed and shut down. I believe her name is Kali or Tally (I really hope she doesn't get mad if I got it wrong; my anxiety was high, so hopefully she'll forgive me). Anyway, she noticed almost instantly that I had social anxiety and was such a blessing! She was very comforting and helpful in assisting me with deciding what to get.
