“It's in the name! Dang Good Foods. This family-run gem is always top-notch. Service is swift and kind, and the Singaporean food is always prepared perfectly and quickly. Spice levels, allergens, and ingredients are explained thoroughly. I have a peanut allergy and still routinely get the char bee hoon and feel comfortable. “I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“
