“Tonight march 25, 2025 at theTiedeman location Cleveland Ohio the crew was awesome and inside was very clean it was my little girls 1st experience eating at chipotle and let the lady know she was wondering paid close attention and ask my daughter what put a little bit of stuff 1st and asked if she wanted more of it or if it was enough in her burrito bowl she was great paid very close attention to everything her reaction on her face and listen to here I must say everything was great and the crew as well thank you so much you all deserve a raise lol great place highly recommend with or without kids to come very clean and positive attitude and environment.

Kid-friendliness: This crew tonight at this location to march 25, 2025 was awesome to my daughter who is 8 and her 1st time eating the food and at the front the lady paid close attention and everything on what my daughter wanted she was awesome.“

“The prices are the same as most other Mexican-themed restaurants, maybe a little bit cheaper. Serving portions are good sized. 1 plate can definitely feed two people. Food is very tasty, margaritas are excellent. Service was absolutely phenomenal!“

“The last time I had Mexican food this good I was in Cozumel eating at the home of a local. Everything here tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. Not one thing reminded me of a chain restaurant, this is the real thing. The food is made by people who know how it should taste. On this visit I had a carnitas quesadilla and the meat was tender and tasty, the tortilla perfectly crunchy. The service was fast but not rushed, friendly and helpful, gracious. Kudos to the team putting out food of this quality that is also affordable. A meal here will not only fill you up, but you might leave with enough for a late-night snack, too. Oh yeah, don't miss the Flan - I got one to go since I was stuffed from dinner. Thank you!“

“The food was amazing! Service was a C. Slow - we were the only ones in there. I asked for our bill & the waiter brought a credit card machine. I said, where is my bill and he says if you don’t trust me, then I’ll print it out. He prints out my bill, but when I went to the register, it was a different amount. Make sure you take cash or they charge you an additional 3%.“

“I truly enjoyed my meal at Don Ramon. Don't let the store front look from the outside fool you. Once you walk inside and check out the menu, you'll know you're in for a treat. “Good tacos but the sauce is not the same, I only like your tacos. I hate tacos. You changed the sauce. 2021 has been the worst year of my life. First my dog died, now this. Still five stars just sad the sauce is different.“

“Probably one of the best Cozumels in the area. One word to describe it is quick! From being seated to orders being taken and delivered to the table. We were probably there a total of 15 minutes and our food was already ready.

Our waitress was on top of things and super friendly.

The food was really good and the portions for the price is worth it.

Definitely recommend coming here!

“Since when they charged the service fee for a party of 4? I know some restaurants have this policy for party over of 6,8,10 etc...., but for a party of 4? Really? Plus the tip is optional not required, I'm been there many times I love the food and I always had good service till today, the service was rude and terrible“

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. “They give out HUGE portions of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. I love their Mexican Street Corn so much, I have to order 2 just for myself! We order from there at least once a week. And, if that wasn't enough, they have never messed up our order! Not even once!“

“Our first time at Bubbakoo's - we chose the Broadview Heights locaiton - was stellar from start to finish. We weren't familiar with the menu at all and the person putting our bowls together was really helpful and even suggested pairings and offered to let us take as many sauces home on the side so we could try different ones and see which we liked best. Everyone on staff that day was kind and welcoming and gave us exactly what we asked for.

We went to the South Euclid location a couple weeks later because we wanted to try some different stuff and the experience was exactly the opposite. Very cold, not friendly, not very welcoming, a lot of sighing when we asked questions, and they wanted to upcharge for every sauce we wanted on the side.

We won't be back to the South Euclid location, but we'll definitely return to Broadview Heights so long as the vibe remains as good as it was on our first visit.“
