“My boyfriend and I went to Brookville Waffle House this morning and had an amazing time. Barbara was our server she was very kind and on top of refilling drinks and taking empty dishes. She was very sweet! All of the cooks and staff were on top of it! They moved very quickly and added to the unique Waffle House aesthetic. Brookville Waffle House is BY FAR my favorite, I have always had good experiences there and I love how they have kept the vintage mood for all these years. Keep it up Brookville staff!“

“I haven’t seen a Hardies for yrs. It was a good meal of a hamburger and large fries and small pop. It is very expensive here. The food is good and better than most fast food places but I don’t know that the cost is fare. Mine was over 10$ for just me. It’s good but not that good to make it worth the money you will spend.“

The chair leather is cracked, the room is warmer than you might like and there are no guidelines for how a new person navigates their experience - aka we showed up, no one greeted us and we sat ourselves. That being said - 5 minutes of looking at the menu that was on the table a lovely young lady showed up to take our order. She was helpful and friendly and we felt much more at ease. The food was amazing....like REALLY amazing...and the food runner was also lovely and friendly. When we were done, we asked for boxes and the check and everyone was just fantastic. -- For anyone looking for that 'Secret Gem'...this is the place. We will be back.“

“Very interesting place. The fire truck backdrop to the bar kinda sets the tone. Tables and seating are nicely laid out. Good menu... lots to choose from. Waitstaff very attentive. Meals were plentiful and tasty. All four folks in our group were quite pleased. The crowning touch was probably the infectious laughter coming from a lady 🤣 at a table on the other side of the room. Turns out she is the owner of the place, and well liked by all the waitstaff around us. Always a good sign to have a good time.“
