“My boyfriend and I went to Brookville Waffle House this morning and had an amazing time. Barbara was our server she was very kind and on top of refilling drinks and taking empty dishes. She was very sweet! All of the cooks and staff were on top of it! They moved very quickly and added to the unique Waffle House aesthetic. Brookville Waffle House is BY FAR my favorite, I have always had good experiences there and I love how they have kept the vintage mood for all these years. Keep it up Brookville staff!“

“My wife and I stopped in for breakfast, and we had an excellent meal. I ordered the Gyro Omelet, and she had the Simit with eggs and sausage. Everything was extremely good. The omelet came with a delicious hash brown that was like a potato cake- crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The simit with egg was worth a trip to this place by itself. The bread was amazing and the sausage was a flavor bomb.

We had a dessert of a kataifi cake with cheese in the middle and pistachios and honey. I would drive hours to eat this. It was seriously one of the best pastries I've ever had.
