“We used Cozumel Brunswick for our daughter’s graduation party this past Sunday and everything was delicious!! We got the taco bar with half ground meat/half shredded chicken. Everything was ready on time and looked and tasted just as expected. A special shoutout for them also remedying an unexpected situation we ran into once the party started. We had placed all of the meats in crockpots to stay warm and when a guest lifted the lid on the shredded chicken the glass shattered everywhere into the food. Cozumel was contacted to place another order for more chicken and when we arrived to pick it up and pay for it they said it was no charge!!! Great customer service especially for something that was not even their fault, highly recommend!!!”

“I’d been drooling over GSB’s pastries on Facebook for months like a sugar-starved stalker, and I finally found myself in the area—hallelujah. The second I walked in, I was hit with a wave of sugary air and a warm hello that felt like a hug from a cinnamon bun. There were so many treats I wanted to adopt, but the second I saw the giant, chocolate-covered cream puff, it basically yelled, “Take me to your husband!” Mission accepted. I brought it home and casually told my husband, “Hey, I picked up a little pastry for you.” Hours later, he opened the bag and said—verbatim—“Holy #%?!”. This thing was an absolute unit. At least six inches tall, overflowing with fresh whipped cream like it was showing off. We both took a bite and just stared at each other like we’d seen pastry heaven. It was rich, cloud-like, and somehow not overly sweet. My husband, a self-proclaimed cream puff connoisseur, declared it the best he’s ever had. And trust me, the man has puff experience. Only one thought: throw in a middle pastry layer, Big Mac-style. Not because it needs it, but because my jaw would appreciate the break from climbing Mt. Cream Puff.”

“I had a coupon for a free one topping pizza from Welcome Wagon, and have been looking for a new hometown local pizza place that's not just a chain brand. I ordered, asked questions, they explained things very professionally with great service and a warm welvome to the neighborhood! Within 25 minutes, I picked up a fresh, hot, flavorful chicken bacon barbecue pizza, and couldn't wait to get home to try it! Crust was thick but not chewy, well flavored, and not burnt, bbq sauce tasted like a sweet honey variation, bacon was crisp and dliced into bite sized pieces, as was the juicy soft chicken! All of that for only $1.99 for the extra ingredient! I will definitely order from them again, and there is an attached pub with dine in seating, if you want to get out for a fresh bite and a great time! What more could one ask for than to have a restaurant only several minutes away by foot? All we wanted was decent food at a decent price and we were pleased for our three meals there. The banana bread itself is fantastic. What else was fantastic? Autumn and Sandra. They were real treats as very friendly servers and made our stay in Brunswick that more enjoyable. “My boyfriend and I just stopped by to get tacos after the guardians game 7/2… waited in line for literally 45 mins…. While waiting in line we seen a car pull in and park, a woman jumped out her vehicle and headed in (lobby was closed)… we finally get to the window to get our pick up order and we asked if she was alone. She said no, it was her and one other person! ONE other person! That one other person was alone for the first 15 mins! They both need a raise! Food was hot and perfect! Thank you to the both of you for handing the situation with grace and not panicking! I hope you two get the recognition you deserve! I wish I would have caught their names!”

“I am a medical sales representative for a living. All I do is drive around town all day long. I've eaten it almost every McDonald's in the entire greater Cleveland area and this is by far the fastest, friendliest, cleanest, most pleasant McDonald's in the entire city. The food was made fresh, the store was clean, you can get your own drinks. THEY EVEN HAVE A LITTLE SAUCER OF KETCHUP PACKETS SITTING OUT!! YOU DON'T HAVE TO ASK FOR KETCHUP!!

“I went to Applebee’s for a girls day and had such a great experience that I ended up going back again with my family! The food was seriously so good both times. It a exactly what we were craving. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, perfect for hanging out, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

It’s not often you find a place that’s just as good the second time around, but they definitely delivered. Already looking forward to going back again!”

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.”

“I have no issues with this location. I will note the staff always seem young, which could possibly explain some other people’s ratings. Also, people in general seem to expect stellar customer service for fast food locations, which simply isn’t the reality into today’s world. As long as the line moves fast, order is correct, and people aren’t rude/disrespectful, then I’m not going to down vote because I want properly greeted.”

I absolutely loved both workers' energy & time to help me with my order, they sincerely made my day. I'd post a picture of the drink, but it didn't even make it all the way back home before I drank the entire thing. I will definitely be ordering from here many more times again! “We have tasted many fried chicken and chicken tenders and their chicken products are way better than KFC or other fast food chain (that sells fried chicken/tenders). It is located inside a gas station store. We were skeptical about the quality of the food. But it DID NOT disappoint. Their Cajun fried chicken and tenders are mouth watering. It is beyond delicious. The chicken was crispy but juicy unlike other fried chicken that are dry, too salty, or too oily. One thing I personally like about the store was, I was able to choose which kind of chicken meat I wanted (unlike KFC). Their biscuits are delicious. Anyway, highly recommended.”
