“Ferroni’s Allegro Café & Bistro is by far my favorite coffee shop (and I consider myself a bit of a coffee shop connoisseur☺️). Their drinks are always great quality. They offer fantastic and creative specials each month. They have plenty of options for non-coffee drinkers. They sell a variety of coffee beans that be ground to your desired consistency (Jazzy Java has my heart🫶). All of their food is wonderful — the wraps, the sandwiches, the salads, the bakery! 🤤 The staff there is so incredibly kind. Warm and friendly, they greet you with a smile and are happy to help you find the perfect drink if you can’t decide. The shop itself is beautiful and cozy. Definitely a comfortable place to spend some time enjoying your coffee and a muffin!😋 I cannot recommend Ferroni’s Allegro Café & Bistro enough!“

“Great crew with a very effective management team. While picking up a coffee this morning on the tremendously popular Red Cup Day, I was amazed to see so many customers flood this location at once--at the drive through, over mobile orders, as well as walk-in orders like myself. I have never seen such a swell of customers all at once at any coffee shop. And yet, despite this massive surge of simultaneous orders, this crew ran like a well-oiled machine. Not only did they work together very efficiently to fill customers orders, they maintained a professional demeanor among the feeding frenzy.
I especially want to commend the management team of Alli and Timoteo who were on hand and made sure that not only were things handled as efficiently and professionally as possible but also that customers were kept apprised of the status of their orders and knew their orders had not been lost in the chaos. In fact, I was so impressed with how well this challenge was managed during the morning surge that I returned after my morning meeting just to let the management team know that I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.“

“Look, it's Dunkin. You know what to expect. Tasty donuts and great coffee! A place like this just needs to deliver what their brand is known for - and they do! The ownership and staff at the Chardon location are excellent! My family visits once or twice a week. They know us all 😀. If everyone ran their businesses like these fine folks, we'd all be a lot better off! Drive on in for a Boston cream donut and extra large hot carmel decaf - my favorite!
