“I order from this pizza hut fairly regularly. I just placed an order today on Christmas Eve, and even with the holiday they still did a great job. Food was really good and staff was great as they always have been in my experience. Will surely keep coming back. Thank you to the crew, you're all doing a great job.“

“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!“

“I imagine most people have their favorite or go to pizza and I am no different. Unfortunately being a Clevelander it isn't very convenient for me to get my favorite pizza which is in Cleveland being that I live in Akron now. If you look up any typical search in Akron for best pizza de Checo's Pops up somewhere in the list. I know a couple of other folks you're in Akron that also love pizza and they Also gave honorable mention to Decheco's. I Head several different pizzas from locations around the area In which one or two Stands out and the rest are Good too above average; Anyway, I decided one evening on the way home to try these folks' pizza. No I have to say that it was the day before the holiday and an hour Before they closed but I ordered just a pepperoni and sausage pizza in which The service was Good but when I got home I wasn't very happy with the pizza Couple of different reason I Here as at this point it's not necessary. I did The need to leave a review because I was extremely disappointed Which to my surprise was met by very thoughtful response from the owner as well as a gesture for an amount off of my next purchase. I found that to be very respectable and given that there's nothing but good reviews and my lousy timing I decided to give it a go again. I even went back to the same shop that I got my first pie from And I have Extremely pleased that I did so. I can't yet say that I have a new favorite but I will say at this point I will be back as everything about your establishment from the way you handled a disappointed First time, pizza loving, customer On through follow up order which I have to say was fantastic. The pizza was cooked to perfection the toppings were on point & the ingredients are of quality origin. I Just want to say thank you once again to the owner and thank you to the folks in your S. Main St. store for doing a great job. Certainly have mastered your craft. I will surely be back and I will let others know What a great experience I had.Thanks again Decheco's.“

“The chicken is prepared as Serbian style fried chicken (cooked in lard). The meat is very juicy. The coating is crisp and comes off in big pieces.
The hot rice is excellent 👌 (Thick, not soupy. The rice is dense, not mushy with just the right amount of "kick").
The fries are crispy.“

“Our server was really amazing tonight, I wish I could remember her name. She was very attentive, she kept our glasses full the entire time. We ordered the limited time all-you-can-eat wings special. The chicken did take a very long time but our first batch was amazing. Perfectly cooked and perfect amount of sauce (pictured). Our orders after that took long to arrive and the wing sauce started to dwindle, and some of the wings were humorously small, but overall it was a really good bargain. Our server did everything she could to keep it a quick process for us.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for toddlers. The food does sometimes take a long time to come out so I recommend bringing a toy or additional snacks to keep your kid/s occupied until the food arrives.“

“This place is a hidden gem for sure. Best wings in summit county. Very clean place, Food is great. The guy behind the counter kept checking the food on the buffet and is very nice and makes you feel welcomed. We only had the wings we will be back for the buffet? we all had different flavor wings. The BBQ, honey mustard, teriyaki, and mild were all great.“

“Domino's Pizza is a great company. They offer excellent deals all the time and the pizza is well worth it. This is my go to location, and the staff makes their pizza well. Out of all the times I've been here, there's only been an error in my orders one time, and they made it right, no questions asked. Easily 5 stars!“

“The wife ordered from this location tonight and the original delivery of product was sub-par. After calling the shop, she was in touch with Josh. The asst. mgr. for the pizza shop. I listened to the interaction between Josh and my wife and I must say I was TOTALLY IMPRESSED with his respect and professionalism during there conversation. He offered a substantial refund or a replacement. We opted for the replacement pizza and asked to order parmesan garlic bread bites and he added them at no charge (we were willing to pay for them.) The replacement pizza was perfect and hot! I have had MANY bad experiences with pizza places in Massillon (including this one) in the past. But Josh has made me a believer in this particular shop. He is exactly what is needed in a service/food store and Domino's should be thrilled to have him on their team. Now, he should be training all the others to act like him, or make him a manager! This guy was a breath of fresh air to speak to (I called back to ask his name.) Being in the retail mgmt position for over 30 years, this is the kind of employee I want on my team! Thanks Josh! “Honestly I left a bad review due to terrible customer service at first however, they fixed the order and offered me a free dinner box the second time around. They were very apologetic and honestly think it was just a mistake. I personally like their pizza and this was the first time I had a mistake, I’m glad they fixed it so my review is good!

“everyone's comments are kinda biased. for what it's worth I eat here everyday by delivery and haven't ever had an issue. does it take a while sometimes yeah..but you gotta think. visually. do you see ALOT of staff on floor. not particularly. do you see alot of drivers. no. it's the same 2 or 3 maybe. whom i assume are busy doing their job. driving. ..in the winter. so I'd say.im fairly pleased with it. also. i spend so much money at this store everyday of my life. I feel as if you should now be willing to sell me a medium cup of pudding...that's my complaint. I can't buy pudding. lol“

“I grew up on Whitehouse Chicken. It’s been a staple of my childhood. I don’t live in town anymore but was in town visiting family and wanted to share my love for Whitehouse Chicken with my kids. We stopped in but the restaurant was closed and we could order takeout out. Because we had a group of 6 we were hoping we could dine in. We were so grateful when we asked if we could stay and eat. They let us stay and eat in! The food was the delicious, the staff was absolutely incredible and so sweet for allowing us to sit and eat. It meant the world to me to share in the Whitehouse Chicken experience with my kids and husband. Truly the best dine in experience and truly so thankful for the staff to allow us in tonight! ❤️“
