“This place was amazing! I'm surprised it wasn't Packed! The food was flavourful and the portions were exceptional. When adding a protein I was honestly shocked and for the amount of food and how good it was the price wasn't bad AT All! The gentleman that took our order was so friendly and nice! It was clean and the Italian soda and teas were delicious and didn't taste overloaded with sugar or artificial like most places! My toddler LoVeD it there. “As chains go this one, in particular this location always hits it out of the park. Where a lot of chain quality has went down for the rise in prices Olive Garden hasn't. This is even more true when you talk about the curbside service. My wife is disabled so most of our experiences are with that. This is one of the few places where the service is the same inside or out. As well as the food being the same quality and quantity. Minus the breadsticks. It does suck you only get 2 per entree where inside it is unlimited.“

“I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“
