The place was clean. The food was good. The food smelled good.

“Everytime I come to this Jimmy johns my world gets a little brighter. Some how I always end up there when Chris is working and let me tell you that young man is so sweet! He’s patient and gives me suggestions when I’m indecisive. He’s funny and know how to keep a customer / worker conversation not be awkward. Whoever raised this young man need a pay on the back. These days fast food workers can be so rude (I’ve had an experience with the other Jimmy John workers) but not Chris. He’s positive and seems to love what he’s doing. Jimmy johns, you have a good one. Thank you Chris for always making my experience a good time.

“This location is under new ownership and is a wonderful example of how to run a subway. The food seems fresher. New hires are friendly and helpful. Subway has long been my go to place for eating out. I could not be happier with the food and the service at this location!

“The couple that owns this Subway are absolutely amazing they take so much care and pride in making sure everyone feels like family not just a customer they are extremely accurate your order is always done right irregardless of how many specifications you make it's ready fresh and on time they're extremely clean everything is well stocked prepared as expected they follow all the guidelines from the gloves to the hair there's never a time we've gone in and not feel welcomed That's why we drive the extra few miles to go to them versus the one closest to us you can always expect a warm smile a hello and if you go Austin enough they remember your order too again I can't say enough about them you'll never see food mixing with others a dirty tray of full trash can it's always immaculate and coming from a restaurant business that's not always easy to maintain throughout the day as it is opening and closing so kudos to them they're a little off the road so you kind of have to look because they're in a large shopping center Sandwich between another restaurant and a nail salon but I promise if you pick them out you'll never be sorry and you'll go back again and again what can I say they even have churros I love churros. Great job we will see you for dinner and hopefully a few new guests may come too until then thank you and have a blessed day.“

I ordered the club sub and the Italian sub, and both were made with fresh ingredients and super tasty. I also loved the surprise pickle! My order was made quickly, and the customer service was great. “This my first time visiting this spot! I’m new to the East side area and as soon as I walked in the door I felt the warmth!

Once you’ve ordered and the food is ready they are able to bring it to your car or you can’t wait inside (which is a huge plus)! The woman at the front counter was so sweet! The chef was amazing as well! I got a warm turkey sub with fries and a drink and it hit the spot!!
