“This was a delight! I enjoyed my time going out with my family and things only got better with Dunkin’! Sorry for not posting this sooner. This was last Wednesday. Whoever made our breakfast I want to say thank you and the rest of the people working there! It made our start of our day an enjoyable one.“
“Absolutely LOVE the staff and management at this store. All the girls are always smiling and bubbly when my son and i come in. This is by far one of my FAVORITE dunkin locations. Only ever had one bad experience there and that was at the fault of another customer who was in the drive thru and was completely rude. She made a mobile order AND made an order at the drive thru as well and was upset that she had to wait for her drive thru order to be completed which apparently took to long, so she drove off only to return and blame the young girls for her own ignorance. These young ladies work their butts off for pennies they deserve better treatment and more respect than that. Overall this location is amazing“
“I go to the store on Tusc. In Canton/Perry #348628, they are always busy but keep up with the traffic. (Drive thru). Everyone is always polite and quick, but I'd like to give Demetria a huge shout out, she is always friendly and keeps that drive thru flowing so that you are thru there quickly and have a good experience. She is definitely a great people person, hope you keep her around for as long as she'll stay!“
“I don’t know his name, but the super sweet guy at the drive thru window is literally the best!!! He makes my visit amazing every time I come through. He’s so friendly and obviously loves what he is doing. He cannot ever leave , I’m sure so many others would miss him as would I. I hope his boss appreciates him, because they’ve got a good one! ( He has a ponytail and says Have a good day love). This guy needs employee of the infinity! He’s awesome!“
“This star rating is for Carly who works the window and headset & her ONLY! Always very nice and welcoming, the other lady who happens to be the GM completely opposite! She’s always very rude, rushes you through your order & when you pay, never greets you with a smile etc! Horrible. Carly is the only reason I come back to this location.“
“Place was clean, no waiting. You did have your assortment of syrups, and coffee choices, and of course donuts. It was a nice experience if you have the time; it is a self-serve location at a truck stop, if you're in a rush go to a location with a drive thru.“
