“Friendly staff, hot & fresh...every time I've gone my order was cooked to order, bagged and handed to me with a smile.

“I went into McDonalds yesterday at 10:45 at Belden Village and Everhard rd location. I went inside and placed my order and the lady in a blue shirt and black yoga pants said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I was a little disappointed and left. I walked an outside towards my SUV and the same lady stopped and said that they had one breakfast sandwich left and asked me to come back inside. She said it would take a minute to warm it up and she added a scrambled egg to the sandwich. I was very thankful and went to pay for it and she said that it was on her. I went to leave a $5 tip to no avail. I just wanted to say thank you to her and that entire staff for going above and beyond and making my mom very happy. If I could give 10 stars I would.“

“I always order my food ahead. (Probably 15 min) pull to drive thru, single meal. 1 burger i fri. Yet for some reason, they ALWAYS tell me to pull ahead to a spot while I wait and car after car go by. What is the deal!? And the point of ordering ahead??
However should point out, the food was good last 2x there. Hence 4 not 3 star“

“Unfortunately I didn't catch the managers name this morning 12/24/24 but I will say she'd the kind of managers all businesses could benefit from I'm actually a delivery driver for Uber eats and when I got there to pick up an order I realized it was for breakfast which they stopped serving about 15 mins prior and even though every time that's happened I've been told they couldn't make it I went in to see anyways and she had the crew making it and when they complained she said I don't care you ain't the boss it's already paid for so make it she said she wasn't sure how it came through but it did I told her it's between uber and McDonald's Corp but I appreciate her making it she said it's already paid for so why not just wanted to acknowledge her amazing management“

“I love this McDonald's. Seriously! They are quick and nice. They smile and the chicken nuggets are 100% how they should be made. Always hot and crunchy. The coke is just right too!I go here and not to the Cleveland Ave one.Just watch for people walking in the parking lot and lock your doors. Also, use the drive threw.“

“An employee Janie, who generally works the drive-through is an excellent employee and always efficiently gets the orders out has a great personality and today she returned money. I wasn’t paying attention to and deserve to be recognized. Being in the middle of three locations, don’t go to any of the others.“

“I try to eat healthy moat of the time but when i dont have time i will do fast food. Mcdonalds is always good fast service. And the food is always consiatent so you know what youre getting. My only complaint is that mcdonalds employees get paid crappy wages. They are worth much more than they are getting paid. A guy near me that owns 3 mcdonalds. Thats his 3 businesses and sources of income drives a lamborghini. A bentley, a lotus. A pick up truck qnd another non luxury car. Lives in a 3 million dollar beautiful house. And he deserves that stuff. Hes worked hard. But the employees who make that place thrive everyday also deserve better.“

“This is the best McDonald's in the area. Prices are usually just a bit lower than the others and the morning staff in particular is always on their A game.

Vegetarian options: They have things like apple slices and salads, but it's not the best.

Kid-friendliness: They are one of the few that still have a play area.
