“Friendly staff, hot & fresh...every time I've gone my order was cooked to order, bagged and handed to me with a smile.

“I went into McDonalds yesterday at 10:45 at Belden Village and Everhard rd location. I went inside and placed my order and the lady in a blue shirt and black yoga pants said they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I was a little disappointed and left. I walked an outside towards my SUV and the same lady stopped and said that they had one breakfast sandwich left and asked me to come back inside. She said it would take a minute to warm it up and she added a scrambled egg to the sandwich. I was very thankful and went to pay for it and she said that it was on her. I went to leave a $5 tip to no avail. I just wanted to say thank you to her and that entire staff for going above and beyond and making my mom very happy. If I could give 10 stars I would.“

“I always order my food ahead. (Probably 15 min) pull to drive thru, single meal. 1 burger i fri. Yet for some reason, they ALWAYS tell me to pull ahead to a spot while I wait and car after car go by. What is the deal!? And the point of ordering ahead??
However should point out, the food was good last 2x there. Hence 4 not 3 star“

“Unfortunately I didn't catch the managers name this morning 12/24/24 but I will say she'd the kind of managers all businesses could benefit from I'm actually a delivery driver for Uber eats and when I got there to pick up an order I realized it was for breakfast which they stopped serving about 15 mins prior and even though every time that's happened I've been told they couldn't make it I went in to see anyways and she had the crew making it and when they complained she said I don't care you ain't the boss it's already paid for so make it she said she wasn't sure how it came through but it did I told her it's between uber and McDonald's Corp but I appreciate her making it she said it's already paid for so why not just wanted to acknowledge her amazing management“

“We normally love this McDonald's more than the others because they do such a great job. But recently when I have been ordering a large mocha frape I have been given a medium in a large size cup and the rest of space was filled with whipped cream! Please fix this!“

“Convenient around the corner fastfood with prompt service making them a great place for carryout or delivery that won't break the bank

Parking: With parking available on two sides of the lot it's easy to accommodate yourself when arriving at mc Donald's fast food“

Parking: Plenty of parking lots to park to go in or to wait for them to bring out to you and very clean too no garbage or anything

“An employee Janie, who generally works the drive-through is an excellent employee and always efficiently gets the orders out has a great personality and today she returned money. I wasn’t paying attention to and deserve to be recognized. Being in the middle of three locations, don’t go to any of the others.“

“Anyone that knows me, knows I don't like McDonald's. With that said, my daughter loves it and so Iet her indulge every once in a while. This is the first McDonald's that I have been to where the food matches the pictures. The freshness was there and it wasn't a grease put together mess. The overall seat down area was very clean as well. Only thing I will complain is that they didn't remove the pickles I had mentioned in my order. Which at the freshness of the food, I can let that one be overlooked this time. Overall one of the best experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's.“

“Hot food, good quality. Never an issue there. Long waits at times. Short staffed, probably intentionally, like everywhere else in the world. John and Nancy weren’t horrible to work for as a kid but they are definitely squeezing every possible cent out of their locations.
Lot of people complaining about the homeless. Maybe consider they just want a place to rest briefly, get out of the heat or cold, sit on something that isn’t concrete for a minute or two. Maybe have a decent bit of food. I’ve treated them with respect every time and never had an issue. Stop punching down or laterally against the people who aren’t your real enemy.“

“There is about 3 workers there that are respectful to customers. One of them goes by the name of Landon. I did not ask for his last name, but he is of one of the best workers West Tusc has had in years! He was respectful to me, and my 2 kids. Not to mention he was showing me how to use the app inside and how to get the best deals for the best value. Very respectful to my 2 kids and put up with my little girls attitude with no complaints. Very bright future for this young kid and a very handsome young man. I am hoping to see him next time I get happy meals and a meal for myself!“
