My daughter in law is Korean and my son spent years over there. When my daughter tasted here food, I have never seen her eyes light up with such excitement at finding food that took her home. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back!”

“Just enjoyed Christmas outing with friends here. Was brewery hopping today, we are from Cincinnati and wanted to try some breweries up north. Absolutely LOVED this place! We consider ourselves brewery connoisseurs and can’t say enough about this place. Atmosphere was cozy and inviting, staff was so friendly and helpful, food was amazing and the beer was even better. If this place was near us I am sure it would be “our spot””

“Overall, very happy with the experience and food! My only complaint was that I ordered Shrimp Scampi pasta and it was SO spicy I could barely eat it. I think the chef went a little overboard on something. The menu didn't say anything about it being spicy either. I thought about sending it back BUT didn't want to waste the food and make our waitor feel bad. It was supposed to be garlicy and buttery but the spice was so overpowering I could't even taste anything.”

“My choice for Mother’s Day was to go to the Centerville location today for dessert. There were only two young workers there and a huge crowd. These two were fantastic! I did not get their names but it was whoever was working around 5:30pm. They gave us moms wonderful and kind service. “Our Sunday School class met at Doubledays for lunch on 2/21/24 for our monthly luncheon and to celebrate a members 93rd birthday. There were 29 of us and we were accommodated so nicely. “We ordered an online order for curbside pick up. The Family bundle we got was the ribs and tenders and two side and we got a salad as well.. the ribs were fall off the bone delicious and the tenders were crispy and juicy. The price was very affordable. I recommend this place for anyone. Very good.”

“The special condiments like Thousand island dressing for the Rueben ( corned beef version) and the mustard for the Grilled cheese sandwich were pretty non existent. The reuben, you can ask for more dressing, and put it between the layers, but the grill cheese, unless im dipping the sandwich into mustard ( which was a great flavorful mustard) , you can't add any. Its melted to the bread. Adults do like grilled cheese, so if you think its probably a tween or teen, don't put much on assumption... ask the customer. In addition, the grilled cheese had the driest bread. Crispy, but... cracker like. Weird. Had to sip water or pop every bite.

Also, WHITEOUT PRICING THAT HAS CHANGED. The price on the menu was different than the bill. Not cool.

Nice clean bathrooms, great atmosphere, decent servers, fix the sandwich condiments, and please fix the menu pricing if you change it.

We had 52 family members including many children under 12 and there was plenty of space to mingle and even for the kids to play together. The food and service were spot on and Gregory was very helpful and accommodating with the menu selections and a few food allergies. “I always enjoy coming here for the clam chowder and carrot cake. Normally, the service and food is very good. Today was an off day since they seemed understaffed and ran out of carrot cake. (Our server did a good job but it seemed like only she and another person were dealing with customers. It was a Sunday afternoon and we had a very large party (about 17 people)).”

“I visited my local Waffle House for the first time recently. We were invited to sit at the counter, which turned out to be a mistake. The dishwasher was directly underneath our seats, so we could hear dishes clanking and the door slamming, and we could feel the vibrations while it was running. Combined with employees calling out food orders, it was pretty overstimulating—especially before I’d had my morning coffee.

That said, the food was served as expected, and our waitress was polite and attentive.

It’s also worth noting that Waffle House charges a 20% fee on to-go orders: a 10% service fee and a 10% tip for the preparers. Keep this in mind when tipping, as a standard 20% tip effectively becomes 30% due to this policy. That feels a bit excessive, especially for an order that doesn’t involve table service.”

“Came here to write a review about how pleasantly surprised I was at this McDonald's. We stopped on a road trip and found the restaurant clean and well maintained. The best part was that I ordered an iced coffee and asked if they could make it decaf. At first they said no because there was only hot decaf, but a few minutes later, an employee came to my table with a cup of iced decaf and said she had cooled it down for me. The coffee was perfect, but she offered at least twice to remake it for me if it wasn't. The service here was so wonderful!”

“Last Friday I ordered carry out for myself, daughter, and mom (who is in a rehab center on Clyo). I went to pick it up but left my lights on and had to get a jump. I called and Bobbi was gracious enough to remake the order so the food would be fresh and hot. There was a lot going on that day and Bobbi’s kindness was a huge boost on a bat day. The party room was perfect! The Food was hot & ready at time we asked for! Plenty of help deciding on most cost effective strategy for food order as we were paying the whole bill.
