“First time here and we were very impressed!! Not familiar with area but my husband and I were spending the morning with our son and his significant other at Patterson’s Farm. SO glad we chose Rise & Dine for our breakfast/lunch! The food was absolutely amazing and the service we received from Maddie was just as good!! Whenever we happen to be in the area we will definitely stop back!“

“Went there for the first time last Friday. Person who served us was very friendly. So was the manager who came over and helped us when they accidentally served my wife onions. Fixed it right away. “The service and food was wonderful! I had their sloppy Joe and it was delicious! Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. My only comment is the noise level was high but fortunately we were away from the bar and first row of seating so we were able to carry on a conversation at normal voice level. I’m beyond impressed by the Staff and the establishment, it beyond exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of fine dining in the Poconos region with some higher end restaurants and this place exceeded them. The quality of the food is superior. Take a look at some of the pics of the food we ordered. Ended up meeting Sean the head chef and impressed how he runs his kitchen , everything goes with the flow . Make sure you make a reservation :) we ended up not making one and we got seated over looking the kitchen and it was the best place. You see all the action. Can’t wait to come back from Poconos. “Yesterday was a Sunday, I worked all day. On top of it, my Jeep had a flat and it was late on a Sunday so no shops were open. I hadn't had the chance to go grocery shopping because I worked overtime last week because its Birthday Season/Holiday Season. So decided to doordash dinner because i was starving. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Mayo on it. First there was no bacon. How do you forget to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger? The burger was blackened burnt.Then there was no Mayo on it, and usually that wouldn't bother me cuz it's a condiment that is usually in most people's fridges, except mine, because I hadn't gone grocery shopping. I can't eat a dry burger. Needless to say I went to bed hungry last night. May I add I work in healthcare and we're in an active covid outbreak. I was so exhausted and work has been so stressful, that this whole ordeal literally made me cry tears. I felt defeated and I was looking forward to chowing down that burger. The most upsetting part was how much my food cost, and the prices are hiked on doordash. I can't wrap my head around how careless the cook obviously was.“

“The food was delicious. The special tomahawk was well made and sliced tableside, and the sides were absolutely delicious. I particularly loved the carpaccio and the watermelon salad, as well as the green beans and twice-baked potato. And the peach old-fashioned was well-made and served promptly. Dining with my parents there is a bit of extra stress, but our server Heather was super knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.“

“Long time customer from when they took over the yesterdays restaurant. Years ago it was much better. The spaghetti was really a bolognese sauce that was AMAZING and would have been a $20 plate in other restaurants. That was 20 years ago. When they went to a marinara I asked why? And the owner told me no one would order it with the name bolognese lol. And they wanted a simple marinara sauce. Oh well. The rest of the menu started to suffer some when they started to open more restaurants. They started to not give a dinner roll when they use too, less stuff on a simple side salad. Saving a penny here and there. I know others that feel the same way. Mary's is still a good place. Fast service, always seem friendly lol. But it use to be very very good. Breakfasts are always great. Not much to change there. But some things show the cut backs to seemingly fund more restaurant. We use to go far more often then now. But we still go, and still happy with everything. But if you are a long term customer you saw the changes. Scale of 5 stars I would have gave it a solid 5 before. And I am a TOUGH grader on things as you can tell. Now about a 3.75. Service 4.75 Price 4.50 Food 3.00 I place a heavier value on the food as it is the real reason people go to a restaurant. TO EAT. Madison and Geneva is better to have them for sure. But we have so few good restaurants. What we need is a good deli. Not sure why but everything is pizza or fast foods or Italian. They would best be described as a chili dog over fries. The chili was absolutely delicious and the serving size was enough for 2! I highly recommend this restaurant for the variety of food, numerous options, serving size, flavor, and freshness! You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to visit again.?

This place isn't reinventing the wheel but sometimes you just want a place where you know the food is consistent and tastes the same every time you order it.“

“My boyfriend and I stopped in while on a short road trip to Erie and have nothing but good things to say after our experience. From the start, we were seated and greeted by two very friendly staff members. Another waitress subbed in for our orders and helped us decide on which burgers to get which were both stellar choices. The draft menu was on point, appetizers did not disappoint and the main course trumped any burger restaurant we had ever visited. At the end, another waitress grabbed our bill and card in passing for payment and it felt like everyone there was a team. 10/10, zero complaints, only 5 stars for days and we were in and out in 1 hour flat.“
