“I’ve never had any issues at this Chipotle location. The service is reliable, and my orders have always been accurate and ready on time. “I mean, it's Chipotle. If you get a nice server you get enough food. If you get a bad one, you leave hungry. People that work there are ok. Some not nice, others are. There is a cook in his 40s with a beard that is awesome. I know when he's cooking the food is good.“

“I normally skip my review for Chipotle simply because but just want to shout out the crew today for an excellent job! And whoever made the vinaigrette needs a raise. Thats THE BEST Ive ever had and should be gold standard. Platinum standard!! Not sure if management reads these but the crew thats there at 2pm today was awesome“

“The crew does their best to be positive and they are friendly for sure but it's hard when you are telling customers that you are out of so many things. It seems to be a constant issue at a lot of the Chipotle that I've visited recently. The dining room could use more consitant pick up/attention, it was messy but not disgusting and dirty.“
“Hola! Just stopped by to get a honey chipotle chicken bowl to go. It was great as usual.
However I wanted to shout at to the lady working for being so patient with a hard to please customer. This guy kept literally asking for more of this, more of that and extra this extra that because he was trying to feed him and his 2 kids off of one bowl.
She could barely get the lid on!
She was still so nice and pleasant afterwards“
“The man working the food station making everyone’s order did a great job! It was busy when we arrived around 5:30 pm and they looked a little short staffed. Food was needing replaced and it was a little hectic. However, he stayed upbeat and friendly, worked quickly and yet put each order together with care, all while directing the rest of the staff with what was needed. His positive attitude definitely made the difference.“
“One of my favorite restaurants. Here lately it has gotten a bit rough. Idk why. I just know it was very bad when I went in there yesterday. The food was mixed in with other food. There was old food all over the counter where the orders are being made. The two women that was there was doing everything while the men was complaining and had their pants hanging off their behind. The two men looked new. The one guy was supposed to be on the Grill but he kept disappearing in the back. While the girl running the line had to stop waiting on customers to cut the meat up to serve to the waiting customers. I love this place. I know they will get through this rough patch so I will return to do a re do on my rating.“
“This review is for the young black girl with long black and blonde dreds (that were neatly pulled back btw). THANK YOU!! It was very busy. I waited in line almost 25 mins for food. She was the only one in the front, both serving food and cashing people out. She was patient, friendly and very attentive. In fact the whole staff did a great job trying to get people out as fast as possible, but I could tell they were short staffed. Just wanted to acknowledge good and hard workers when I see them.“
“I live near two closer locations, but went here because I happened to be close. I'm so glad I did! I eat Chipotle usually once a week, and this was the best experience I've had at a Chipotle in a long time. The food was delicious and the portions were adequate, which has been an issue at other locations, especially recently. And they actually filled my guacamole cup instead of leaving extra space, which makes it turn brown. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the chips were not good. They were very greasy, which was disappointing because I haven't splurged on chips in ages, and they used to be so good every time!
Vegetarian options: Good variety for vegetarians and vegans.
Dietary restrictions: I'm vegan, so Chipotle is good for this except when they get cheese in my guacamole cup. I don't understand why they keep the cheese right next to the guac. Doesn't make any sense.“
“There was some guy trying to get food for free and he was stressing the employees out, the cashier was really nice. I’m from Kentucky and listen… this is the best bowl I’ve ate in a WHILE. I would move here just so I could come to this chipotle EVERY DAY.“
“Parking: There is plenty of parking and apart from going out to eat there are clothing stores nearby at first everything was English but now practically Spanish eh English that is the best for some of us who don't speak English so I recommend it“

“My bowl was worth drive. Sofritas salad bowl was delicious ? mmm mmm mmm good. Fireworks of flavors with each bite. Busts of sweetness from the dressing, creamy from the sour cream, spicy from peppers and red salsa. All in all very satisfying.“

“I've been to this chipotle more times than I could possibly count. I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and worked here longer.
I used to say that this was one of the worst chipotle locations in the city but I can honestly tell you it's gotten way better over the years.
If you're reading a bad review and it's old it may not be applicable anymore. They must have gotten different management or something.
These days they are great. Service is very quick, quality is good. The worst part about this chipotle is the parking lot by far. The parking lot is very tight and difficult to get in and out of if you drive a big work truck like me.“

“I came in for dinner time and was without vinegarette for dinner. My wife is pregnant and has particular cravings for meals the staffed understood my situation and quickly made some for me. Specifically Jody, Exavier, Bartholomew, and Jacob all assisted me to get this taken care of and saved me multiple trips“
“I accidentally left my wallet here today at lunch and only realized it was missing 6 hours later. I was delighted to discover that they had picked it up and it was safely in a back room when I scrambled back here this evening.
Besides my elation at the staff holding and returning my wallet, this Chipotle has been really solid. The portions have been great, the line always moves quick, and it’s kept clean. I will continue to go for as long as I live in the area.“
