“It was very busy, and the staff handled it so well. They were literally getting killed with a dinner rush, the line crew were waiting on fajitas veggies and the new el pastor chicken. And they were out of vingerette but nobody lost their cool, everyone stayed professional and friendly. And our food was made perfectly, I had a pretty big order.“

“The food was really good like always but they didn't have any black beans protein that I needed because I do not eat Meats that was really upsetting to say the least and then they were rude about it because they were out of beans and they all started yelling at each other and images of really weird seen very uncomfortable me and my boyfriend left and finish our food at home which is 45 minutes from there“

“Hey. Just got a burrito. Was the best I’ve had maybe ever. Compliments to the team and the way the line guy sprinkled that cheese evenly. My man. Bigger fella, nice guy, didn’t talk much but made a great burrito and closed the double wrap with ease. Plus I was in and out in like 4 min. Well done team. 10:15pm on 7/27, give em all a raise.“

“Can't speak for any other days: I will say I tasted the BEST CHIPOTLE today from many I've had. Been in the car for 6 hrs and all I thought about was getting to Ohio from Milwaukee and eating Chipotle my fav. Now I never thought that the freshness of the food, size and smell, will make me review this place right away. Little things like this matter when all you want from a long road trip it's a warm nice meal, without rude employees/ bad energy. To who ever served me today.... THANK YOU. Chipotle, THANK YOU.“

“The girl who served us would have cracked her make-upped face if she even attempted to smile! We were there on Halloween, in full Halloween costume. Chipotle asked customers to dress up, and boy, did we!
Nope, not one facial expression except for one of aggravation. She will never serve me again. I will leave before that happens again“

“The food was good the only issue I had was they were waiting on rice and she scooped what she could and was sending me on. I went ahead and ask for the rice they had available brown I think? It was still very delicious. I recommend getting the line replenished faster ?“
“I work in Clifton/Norwood plus work nights. I could go to the Chipotle over by uc but it's ALWAYS out of everything super early in the day. I go to this Chipotle at 9pm and they always have plenty stock of everything and fresh. They are always super fast, efficient and friendly.“

As someone who has a dairy allergy and dreads going down the Chipotle line due to the cream cheese and cheese that's typically all over the surface, I was pleasantly surprised that was extremely clean and didn't get anywhere on my burrito. “Just went last night and was so thank to the two young ladies who serviced me and my partner. We got a total of 4 bowels for our family. Everything was made perfect and the young lady on the line was very efficient and nice. Didn’t rush at all and had a great attitude. Really appreciate the cashier as well and she was really nice very helpful with bagging my items. The food was great and this location had everything you need on the line and it was all fresh. “I picked up Chipotle and went with a loaded bowl yesterday. Everything tasted fresh and the toppings were packed in nicely. Service was quick, staff were friendly as well my whole stay, and my order came out exactly right. Honestly, can’t complain with this kind of service!“
“This location is fascinating. There are these phenomenal kids and 20 somethings that offer fantastic service and manage the ebs and flows of mall traffic with grace. Then you have this overlord style manager who clearly sucks the life out of his employees. If I had to guess he wears a mask to protect his identity as he comes and goes through a mall of repeat customers. On the days he isn’t there it is 5 stars and the employees even take the time to give complements and smiles to the guests. When he is there it looks like everyone is about to cry and certainly in fear of making a mistake.“

“Parking: There is plenty of parking and apart from going out to eat there are clothing stores nearby at first everything was English but now practically Spanish eh English that is the best for some of us who don't speak English so I recommend it“
“Khali was soooo fast and so precise with making each order during a HUGE rush! She truly did an amazing job. Even with it being sooooo busy she made each customer feel special (including me) she didn't seem exhausted or burnt out even though it would have been justified by the traffic. She smiled, laughed and took off making orders! I hope she gets a raise! She deserves it especially after today!!!“
“I came in for dinner time and was without vinegarette for dinner. My wife is pregnant and has particular cravings for meals the staffed understood my situation and quickly made some for me. Specifically Jody, Exavier, Bartholomew, and Jacob all assisted me to get this taken care of and saved me multiple trips“

“I went to this location on the evening of 5/21/26 and it was the best chipotle bowl I’ve had in years. Perfect ratios of all the ingredients, polite staff, fresh food. Chips were evenly cooked and salted. Steak was cooked to perfection. Kudos to the team working tonight!“
