Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cincinnati

“My bf and I go out of our way to go to the chipotle!! They consistently make everything taste phenomenal and they fill the bowl and burrito. I never feel cheated. I order online and I feel like you risk ordering online to receive a skimpy order but not this chipotle I can depend on this chipotle to deliver. They forgot my guac one time and then gave us a big one to make up for it. The employees seem to take pride and I can only assume that comes from good management. Please continue to deliver stellar service and I will continue to go out of my way.“

“I’ve never had any issues at this Chipotle location. The service is reliable, and my orders have always been accurate and ready on time. Parking can be a bit tricky, so heads up on that—but otherwise, this location delivers a smooth, hassle-free experience. If you’re looking for a dependable Chipotle, this is the spot to go.“

“I recently stopped at the eastgate location and had the best service I have ever had. The employee whose name was Madelyn was the most polite and helpful and honestly knowledgeable person I've ever run into at any Chipotle. I asked many questions about how the food was prepared and ingredients and she had all the answers I wanted. The food was as usual very good and a good deal for what I recieved.“

“I mean, it's Chipotle. If you get a nice server you get enough food. If you get a bad one, you leave hungry. People that work there are ok. Some not nice, others are. There is a cook in his 40s with a beard that is awesome. I know when he's cooking the food is good.“

“The burrito bowl was good! Ours was nice and full unlike the other reviews. Servers were very helpful.

The dining room, however, needs attention. What kind of customers eat like this and don't clean up after themselves?? Disappointing. Not a single table was clean to eat at. Not sure how to fix the problem -- a sign saying 'please wipe your table clean after you're finished eating'? Or maybe a periodic wipe down of the tables?“

“I love this style of food. I usually get the exact same thing every time I go to Chipotle. (Which is not too often, maybe once a month. If I'm feeling wild, three times) I feel like the prices have stayed pretty much the same as long as I've been going here. I usually get a bowl with chicken as the protein and a side of Chips and guac.(I love those chips) My order is usually just under $15. They fill the bowl up pretty good, I usually have to save some for later. I will say that lately I've had really good customer service interactions here. If I had one issue to name, it would be the cleanliness of the lobby and outdoor seating space. It's usually not so clean when I go in, so I usually take my food to go.“

I wanted to shout out DAVID for his hard work. There was a line and he was the only one making the food while two girls were chit chatting at the register the whole time. I hope his manager sees this review and gives him some type of recognition for pulling the teams weight. He also made sure my bowl was filled.“

“Hola! Just stopped by to get a honey chipotle chicken bowl to go. It was great as usual.
However I wanted to shout at to the lady working for being so patient with a hard to please customer. This guy kept literally asking for more of this, more of that and extra this extra that because he was trying to feed him and his 2 kids off of one bowl.
She could barely get the lid on!
She was still so nice and pleasant afterwards“

“The food is good (when its right) and the front door is difficult to get open!
My son only likes cheese on his tacos. This causes confusion and difficulties everytime we order in person. Nobody knows how to ring it up and we are typically just charged for chicken tacos. No worries but I find it hard to believe my child is the only child to ever order just cheese on their taco 🤷‍♀️
When ordering online it is physically impossible to get a cheese only taco.
All in all I do enjoy the food from Chipotle... especially the queso!“

“The girl who served us would have cracked her make-upped face if she even attempted to smile! We were there on Halloween, in full Halloween costume. Chipotle asked customers to dress up, and boy, did we!

Nope, not one facial expression except for one of aggravation. She will never serve me again. I will leave before that happens again“

“This is by far the best Chipotle location in the northeast Cincinnati area. The former manager John kept this place in tip-top shape, hopefully whoever takes over can continue that trend. The staff is super polite and serving sizes are always at least acceptable, sometimes even generous.

The Kenwood location is always a disgusting mess with horrible service, while the Hyde Park location is almost nearly as bad. My only critique is the lack of parking.“

“This review is for the young black girl with long black and blonde dreds (that were neatly pulled back btw). THANK YOU!! It was very busy. I waited in line almost 25 mins for food. She was the only one in the front, both serving food and cashing people out. She was patient, friendly and very attentive. In fact the whole staff did a great job trying to get people out as fast as possible, but I could tell they were short staffed. Just wanted to acknowledge good and hard workers when I see them.“

“Just went last night and was so thank to the two young ladies who serviced me and my partner. We got a total of 4 bowels for our family. Everything was made perfect and the young lady on the line was very efficient and nice. Didn’t rush at all and had a great attitude. Really appreciate the cashier as well and she was really nice very helpful with bagging my items. The food was great and this location had everything you need on the line and it was all fresh. “Parking: There is plenty of parking and apart from going out to eat there are clothing stores nearby at first everything was English but now practically Spanish eh English that is the best for some of us who don't speak English so I recommend it“

My mom went in and asked what we should do about the wrong order asking if we should re-order it or if we should just go to a different location they were very understanding gave me my order completely correct And chips and guac! “I've been to this chipotle more times than I could possibly count. I've lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and worked here longer.

I used to say that this was one of the worst chipotle locations in the city but I can honestly tell you it's gotten way better over the years.

If you're reading a bad review and it's old it may not be applicable anymore. They must have gotten different management or something.

These days they are great. Service is very quick, quality is good. The worst part about this chipotle is the parking lot by far. The parking lot is very tight and difficult to get in and out of if you drive a big work truck like me.“

“We ordered online, but had to wait about 15 minutes longwr than the scheduled time for pickup. One associate offered free drinks to everyone that was waiting in line for pickups. Overall the food was warm and the drink did help the fact that the food wasn't ready.“

“I came in for dinner time and was without vinegarette for dinner. My wife is pregnant and has particular cravings for meals the staffed understood my situation and quickly made some for me. Specifically Jody, Exavier, Bartholomew, and Jacob all assisted me to get this taken care of and saved me multiple trips“
