“I love the crispness of Popeyes chicken. It didn't hurt that they currently have coupons available. I received a page of coupons with deals like 5 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and biscuits for $11.99. They also featured a coupon offering 4 pieces of chicken, 1 small side, and a drink for $9.99. There were other coupons, but these were the ones I was interested in using today. I'm not sure if I was lucky or not but I didn't experience a long wait in the drive through. The staff was accommodating and friendly. This was the location on Springdale Avenue in the Colerain neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio.“
“Clean restaurant fast service and the food was hot and the drinks were cold the people working there all nice and when when one employee gave out the wrong I'm meal he tried to stop them from leaving and when he noticed his mistake and when they came back he made it more then right with the customer“

“I love Popeye. Just one problem it seems like they will switch up on the deals .When you ask for spicy, they will give you that ghost pepper, and everyone can't eat that.

“Tall gentleman who served me for my dine in today (6/7/26) provided the best service I ever received at any Popeyes location. Initially ordered carry out but changed my mind and decided to dine in. He offered water, and gave sauces, utensils and everything needed without me even asking for it, and was very respectful.“
“I went in today for my lunch (I work in the mall) and I had placed an online order. I was unaware that you had to mention that you had an online order on arrival so after waiting a few minutes I was getting frustrated at the situation (my own fault) but the girls there went above and beyond to turn it around. She apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a pie. They really made it better and I'm grateful for the customer service.“
“I was just here, checking it out and grabbed a 3 piece spicey, Mac & cheese, fries and a frozen mango lemonade since I saw it reopened . When I say THIS POPEYES was the best popeyes ive had in a minute I mean it. The chicken was crunchy, seasoned right, and everything else was great too. The Mac was cheesy, like a good cheesy! Fries were crispy not soggy like some other places around. Drive thru service was prompt and super nice! Thank you, this was 🔥“
“I love that chicken from Popeyes. I had the wings they were perfect with those jalapeños!!! The strawberry biscuit was a little dry, but I still ate most of it.

“So, I’ve been on the Westside for awhile. I had stopped going to Popeyes due to the horrible service, long wait times, and customer service. With that said, I was hesitant to go for lunch but I’ve seen the “under new management” sign up for sometime. I gave it a chance under a time constraint and I was in and out! Even with changing my order, they got it right. The service was appropriate, and most importantly - quick. They took my order as soon as I pulled up and were handing me my food less than a minute after paying. I’ll be back“
“This Popeyes is the best I been. The brother (hope I’m saying it right) Marceo that’s the manager, cool as ever. When you have a good manager, you have good employees around him. Came in was greeted and it felt like my money was to be spent right here. Waited 7 minutes (he asked) for fresh, GREAT tasting chicken and they even wrapped my biscuits!! Never had that before anywhere! Thumbs up 👍🏽 right here yall!“
