“We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. We will support this business until the end of time! Thank you for being such a wonderful place to visit!“

“I always enjoy meals and service at Seasons 52. Our party included two people who had never been, and they enjoyed themselves. Love the open doors in one of the rooms. My only complaint this time was my halibut being overdone. Everything else (shared flatbread, two sea bass entrees, one chicken caesar salad, two desserts) was delicious.“

“Stepping into The Lonely Pine is like being transported to an eclectic, chic, 70’s western in the absolute BEST way possible. We were each greeted at the host stand with a tasting of sparkling Cava. Our server was absolutely exceptional – so personable with extensive knowledge of the menu & history. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef/Owner Maddy Sheblessy, which was very cool – I’ve heard so many good things & it was nice to finally meet her.

To start the meal, we shared the signature poutine. It has the perfect amount of heat & features local cheese curds. In between bites I sipped on the Dame Prue – the perfect summer cocktail (& everyone’s favorite Brit). For my entree I enjoyed the petite filet with horseradish cream (buttery soft with a little heat – perfection), my husband had the Route 66 Burger (neither of us are big fans of pimento cheese, but this burger changed our minds), & we shared the seasonal veg (rainbow chard – a nice, light accompaniment).

I eventually moved onto another cocktail – the on the grind martini – & was pleasantly surprised at the delicious coffee (not everywhere does it right!). We polished off the meal with the seasonal chef special – a dulce de leche tres leches cake – & My. Goodness. It’s impossible not to smile while you eat this. It’s indulgent, it’s decadent, & it was the perfect ending to our meal.“

“Went here for a date night and left so full and happy!! Our server, Jenny, took such good care of us. It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“

“Stopped in for a quick dinner with my dad and had the best experience! We were so lucky to get Tim as our server and I have to say, he hands down was the best server I’ve had in years! Customer service post COVID has almost disappeared and it’s so impersonal these days. But Tim was so friendly, attentive and just all around a great server! He suggested an old fashioned for my dad that he was a huge fan of. We truly appreciated that quality of his customer service. It was a breath of fresh air! Thank you for the great evening out. We will definitely be back and hope to get Tim again.“

“This place cares about their customers and goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough about this location. My family comes here often (1-2 times a month) and tonight they blew us away with kindness. We came in at 10 thinking they closed at 11 to place a to go order for my husband. He just finished a HARD move between our old and new house. My husband was running on 4 hrs of sleep after working 3-11:30 and then getting up to pack and then go back to work again. His only requests were to feed him when he got home + have swim trunks ready for the hot tub. But it was a Wednesday night……. And they closed at 10… not 11. The team said, we’ve got you and was so kind to make our food (when they didn’t have to at all). The food was delicious (as always) and they made this day special for my husband and our family.

“We ate at Prime tonight and it was over the top. The filet was the best steak I’ve ever tasted. The Half Baked Cookie à la mode was delicious and worth every calorie. The service was impeccable. There’s just something special about a steakhouse that’s been around long enough to become part of your life’s timeline. For me, this place has been exactly that. I’ve been eating here for years — birthdays, casual dinners, celebrations, and random nights when only a perfectly cooked steak will do. Walking in still feels familiar in the best way: the warm lighting, the smell of steaks hitting the grill, and the sense that a lot of good memories have happened in those dining rooms. Over the years, the steaks have consistently been the star of the show. When they’re on point — which is most of the time — they’re phenomenal. Great char, cooked just right, and the kind of flavor that reminds you why classic steakhouses never go out of style. The sides and appetizers have also had some standouts, and it’s the kind of place where you can settle in, take your time, and enjoy a proper meal. Like any place that’s been around a long time, it hasn’t always been perfect. Every now and then the service has felt a little rushed or distracted, especially on busier nights. I’ve also had the occasional visit where a steak wasn’t quite cooked the way I ordered it, or a side dish felt like it had been sitting a little too long before making its way to the table. Nothing catastrophic — just those small “off” moments that happen at almost any restaurant from time to time. And with a quick glance at your profile, color me surprised to find your relationship to the other complainant (Ms. Kimmie Anne) that attempted to stand apart and individual from your own remarks, must have been dining with you as well.“

“First the service. Everyone is super nice. You expect that but it’s genuine. Latasha was our waitress. Amazing. She provided some great recommendations and made the meal pleasant. The meatballs appetizer was fantastic. Steaks were cooked perfect. My bone in strip was on point. The Truffle Corn was the sleeper side of the dinner. Both my wife and I’s favorite. Fingerling Duck Fat Potatoes were good and Maple Sweet Potatoes was almost a desert. I will be back for a dinner here again for sure!!!!“

“Every time I have been to our Western Hills Outback, the staff and food could not have been better. I don't know where they find these people, but they are the absolute best. I always walk out thinking I should come here more often!“

I ordered the 12oz NY Strip, medium rare, with the biggest baked potato I’ve ever had. Everything was timely and enjoyed the experience with fellow employees. “We shared the 11 oz filet which was delicious. We also wanted to share the baked potato and were told they were out of them. We dine at supper clubs in Wisconsin at least every other week and have never been told they were out of baked potatoes. We decided to try the Augratin potatoes instead. Average at best. For the price of this meal we were very disappointed. Haven’t been to a Ruth’s Chris in over 10 years and will not be back.“
