“The bar manager, Olivia, was incredible. The bartender/s erver, Evan, working with her was also superb. Drinks were balanced in a way that left no complaints, and the service was friendly, as if I had known them prior to our experience. I won’t post anything in detail about the establishment (keeping it a true speak easy) but I will be talking about it to everyone who will listen. I will definitely be back.”

“Kinneret Pizza is a classic, no-frills spot that feels like it’s been around forever—probably 70 years. The crust is solid, the sauce has an interesting twist, but not the best, and the cheese is plentiful. Great by the slice.

The fries? Amazing. Big, fat, crispy—exactly how they should be.

Service is quick and a person behind counter is little curt, but it fits the old-school vibe. Prices are on the high side.

“Second time here after a couple of years and am so glad to see it have expanded to more options for savoury/ nutritious foods as well as their delicious pastries. It’s giving “Luna” but with a more modern and minimalist style! Happy to have brought my mum since the pastries are always great.

The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings”

“Absolutely 100% Yes 100 PERCENT …the BEST French bakery outside of Paris! THE FRESH BREADS And breakfast croissant sandwiches are amazing! Along with pai au raisen… apple tart, cinnamon raisin bread beyond belief! AND I GUESS I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE BECAUSE WHEN I WENT IN ON SUNDAY AFTER MASS IT WAS STRIPPED CLEAN OF ALL BREAD AND PASTRIES… LOL I GUESS THE WORD GETS OUT! “Bought 2 jumbo cupcakes just before closing and the staff was just as friendly as if I walked in right after they opened. The pineapple upside down cupcake was creative decadent and delicious! I gave the cookies and cream cupcak3 to a friend who doesn't usually go for sweets but he raved about that cupcake for days! Definitely will be back :)”

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!”

“This place is a gem. Had a long drive and stressful morning.. this place saved the day! Atmosphere is so pleasant, will ease you out, the baristas are warm and welcoming and they even made me laugh! The coffee here is delicious. My wife and I had a pour over and a cortado: both were excellent. It’s so good to find a place where the coffee is not just bitter water, but a true work of art and labor of love. Vegan scones were very tasty and honestly better than any other scone I’ve had in Cleveland. Don’t miss out on this place, it’s worth the stop.”

“The food was great, fresh, the fries were homemade, good atmosphere, but the only sauces they have are spicy ones, including the ranch. The only other downfall is the non-alcoholic drinks, no refills only glass bottles, staff was friendly so overall a good experience.”

He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. “Got the dinner for 4 with 3 people and it was SO MUCH FOOD. Pricey? Maybe. But the value for the quality is insane. Be prepared for some spice. Was not particularly crowded when we went so it wasn't loud. Cannot wait to go back!”

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!”

“Absolutely beautiful and delicious cakes! Shae made a beautiful cake for my son’s first communion. She is very professional and prompt. She delivered the cake on time and made sure to give us instructions and a box to transport once the event was over. The cake was a great hit and made our special day complete. This was my first time ordering and tasting her cakes and I’m so happy I chose her to make our cake. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from her.”

“The service from Chenara the bar tender was great. Only one cook, so the kitchen was pretty slow for a taco Tuesday. Tacos were the mini tortillas and the ground beef was either cooked earlier then re- cooked or just burnt. Fish on the tacos were good but shrimp and fish tacos need some sort of sauce other than sour cream and salsa. If not for her bubbly service and always smiling the rating would be lower.”

“Stopped into Unger's for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It looks like they’re doing some renovations, so parts of it have that old-school charm while other areas are getting a bit of a refresh. Other spots look like they need scrubbing. The donuts were excellent—fresh, flavorful. Self-serve. You can tell this place has been around a while. Some unique candy options I have not seen before. A payphone too!? No longer in service, I checked.”

“I've been getting takeout from Tree Country for 15 years now. In that time, the restaurant has had its ups and downs with world events and the dine-in character especially has changed. Unfortunately they also lost their delicious sushi options. What hasn't changed in all that time is the consistently good food and the consistently kind and attentive staff.

Particular recommendations: salmon choo chee curry special, basil fried rice, and massaman curry”
