“Don't bother. Went 3X since they relocated. VERY slow service. Angry, redheaded, ponytailed hostess will NOT help customers. Before anyone could ask her anything, she held up an index finger & said, "I'll be with you in a minute", & didn't return. Must be a really good friend of Brandon's. Chrostowski makes Bernard Madoff look like a shoplifter at a WalMart. Anyone who says, "It's for a good cause" doesn't understand that ripping people off is NEVER okay.”

“Today was my first time here and I came with friends and my 5 year old son. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Sebastian! He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. The food and atmosphere as wonderful in itself, but Sebastian made our first time here one to be remembered! Thank you to him!!”

“Kinneret Pizza is a classic, no-frills spot that feels like it’s been around forever—probably 70 years. The crust is solid, the sauce has an interesting twist, but not the best, and the cheese is plentiful. Great by the slice.

The fries? Amazing. Big, fat, crispy—exactly how they should be.

Service is quick and a person behind counter is little curt, but it fits the old-school vibe. Prices are on the high side.

“Second time here after a couple of years and am so glad to see it have expanded to more options for savoury/ nutritious foods as well as their delicious pastries. It’s giving “Luna” but with a more modern and minimalist style! Happy to have brought my mum since the pastries are always great.

The only qualm I had was how the manager or owner responded to my mum requesting more milk in her cappuccino, as if we don’t have any knowledge in coffee. The foam was not foamy or thick with a ton of bubbles inside the foam. As if they didn’t tap it before pouring it in. He explained the drink to her and had a perplexed judgment look on his face. I almost wanted to intervene and ask if he wanted to try the drink himself. I don’t have an issue with people informing us how the drink is supposed to be made, but the assumption that the customer is not informed rather than, “hey maybe the barista had a faulty drink this one time” or adjusting to my mum’s preference, came off strange. The coffee was bitter, which is why she asked for more milk. I wish they had been kinder in responding to an older foreign lady or ask what was wrong while explaining their reasonings”

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!”

“The food was great, fresh, the fries were homemade, good atmosphere, but the only sauces they have are spicy ones, including the ranch. The only other downfall is the non-alcoholic drinks, no refills only glass bottles, staff was friendly so overall a good experience.”

“Extremely tasty, lots of meat & toppings, bread was crispy on the outside & extra soft on the inside. Turkey was moist & the roast beef was perfect. I asked for extra mayonnaise & they didn't over do it. All the trimmings without being sloppy. Highly recommend to anyone who visits the Cleveland Ohio area.”

“Wow. This place was recommended to us as my husband and I were looking for the perfect cheeseburger for our wedding anniversary. The staff in the kitchen … you guys are so amazing, warm and gracious. We will be back. The Tinman! That was one extraordinary burger. And the fries, chicken tenders are out of this world with all those sauces. Can’t thank you enough. Also, the interior vibe and feel of the place is wonderful. “The service from Chenara the bar tender was great. Only one cook, so the kitchen was pretty slow for a taco Tuesday. Tacos were the mini tortillas and the ground beef was either cooked earlier then re- cooked or just burnt. Fish on the tacos were good but shrimp and fish tacos need some sort of sauce other than sour cream and salsa. If not for her bubbly service and always smiling the rating would be lower.”

This place is a hidden gem in my opinion, not only was the Thai tea perfectly what you expect a classic thai iced tea to taste like, but the portions in my noodle bowl were beyond generous. Literally scallop or shrimp in every single bite, along with perfectly cooked and flavorful veggies Great option for Thai fare in Cleveland. And you get all this for just over 12 bucks.”

I truly enjoyed myself, choosing Bookers has restored my faith in goin out. It’s very close to home as well! Being in guest service for over 30 years I was super impressed with the servers greeting guests as they walked in the door 5. ⭐️’s from me and great job!! I’ll certainly be back!!😃😃”

“The food was beyond delicious! If it weren't for the fact I got super full I would've cleaned my plate and fought the urge to lick it clean. I truly enjoyed the welcoming host and servers and the relaxed environment. We ate and talked for an hour and a half and I never felt rushed or like a nuisance. The staff (Zack our waiter especially) was very kind I ordered ice cream and Baklava to go and he kept it in the freezer for me so that I could take it on my way out without it melting. The food!! I had the vegetarian stew with rice and it blew my mind. I was apprehensive about the mushrooms and zucchini but it was all so delicious and hearty. It felt like eating something your grandmother prepared for you in the winter. My heart and belly are full 10/10 I would love to come back and when we visit Cleveland again.”

“Stopped into Unger's for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It looks like they’re doing some renovations, so parts of it have that old-school charm while other areas are getting a bit of a refresh. Other spots look like they need scrubbing. The donuts were excellent—fresh, flavorful. Self-serve. You can tell this place has been around a while. Some unique candy options I have not seen before. A payphone too!? No longer in service, I checked.”

“My first time ordering from this restaurant so we went with dishes I was familiar with. We ordered Tom Kha soup, Crazy Noodle and Mango Curry. The gentleman on the phone and in person was very friendly. Our food was done a bit faster than quoted and it was so hot even after the 15 minute ride home.

The Tom Kha soup was really good, it was a dichotomy of creamy, sour and spicy, we really enjoyed the layers of flavor. I've had Crazy Noodle many times at another restaurant that I love and this one was very good too, I would reorder it. Lastly the Mango Curry which was the star of the meal for me. It is spicy and sweet and the mango that has been stewing in that broth was really tasty. My only real complaint is the rice, it was very mushy. Overall, I would definitely try this restaurant again.”

“If it always takes you 45 minutes or more to get your orders sent out via Door Dash. If you people can't read your tickets, or tell the difference between a single and a double burger, if you don't know what medium well is, and all you can do is send people cold, limp, soggy fries every single time they order you should not be in business, period. You have some non-cooking mo fo's working for you and you need to CLOSE IT DOWN”

“While visiting Cleveland we really wanted good seafood and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Loved the atmosphere and the crab was cooked perfectly. I opted for the mix seasoning boil and loved every minute of it. The service was also top of the line and I really just can’t wait to come back when we’re in town! 😀”

“I was greeted by a courteous and professional man who was also patience with me being a little indecisive. They have a lot to offer from their menu. The environment was open, spacey,and clean. I ordered the chicken philly,a chicken quesadilla, and a shrimp po boy and I didn't wait very long, my order was correct, and the food presentation was pleasing to the eye. The chicken philly had too much salt and I couldn’t eat it. The shrimp po boy was phenomenal! The shrimp were a nice size, the bread was grilled, and the chipotle sauce was good,tomatoes, and lettuce was fresh as well! The chicken quesadilla was also good and everything was portioned decently! The fries are fresh cut which is a plus and the seasoning on them gave me a salt vinegar & ranch vibe but I assure you that I was satisfied and would definitely be back!
