“The food is excellent! I specifically recommend the Guacamole Loreto w/roasted corn as an appetizer, and Carnitas La Rumorosa as an entree. That entree is easily enough for two meals, maybe three. And this drink! El Verde: Basil puree, freshly squeezed orange and lime juice, sea salt, and Silver Mezcal. Also worth mentioning, they gladly made a plain/simple "just cheese" quesadilla, and they were overall kind about my kid being... a kid.“

“The last time I had Mexican food this good I was in Cozumel eating at the home of a local. Everything here tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. Not one thing reminded me of a chain restaurant, this is the real thing. The food is made by people who know how it should taste. On this visit I had a carnitas quesadilla and the meat was tender and tasty, the tortilla perfectly crunchy. The service was fast but not rushed, friendly and helpful, gracious. Kudos to the team putting out food of this quality that is also affordable. A meal here will not only fill you up, but you might leave with enough for a late-night snack, too. Oh yeah, don't miss the Flan - I got one to go since I was stuffed from dinner. Thank you!“

“The pizza is good but Jacob makes our experience great everytime. This was second time here and won't be our last it's almost our downtown tradition now. I come with my kiddos so we can sit outside and watch the city. Well it started to rain so I told him we would be coming inside and he set a table for us with the cheese for the kids. Then he put on boss baby and me and the kids rode out the storm at the pizza melt :) it was great! The first time he served us on the patio and was so kind to my kids. Will definitely be returning during our summer adventures“

“I would like to respond to Barb that just put a comment on here as another patron of this restaurant during the time that this happened. Barb, the manager apologized multiple times. It is a small restaurant, and you had a large party in a small restaurant. There's only so much space and ways that you can safely put people in. But maybe you haven't worked in the service industry before and do not know that. After he calmly was apologizing to you again, you (or your daughter?) screamed in his face and berated him in front of the entire restaurant and he still held restraint.“

“Beautifully elevated Mexican cuisine restaurant! I was warmly greeted by the hostess who set me up with a cute and cozy table. She and my waitress both were very polite and attentive during my visit. But I must say….the food was a work of art! Stunning and delicious. Probably one of the best presentations of carnitas I’ve seen in Ohio. Actually with the best depth of flavor and the au jus it came in kicked it up a notch!! I also had the chicken fajita tacos which were very tasty, both with homemade tortillas. Lastly had some moscato for a desserty type drink! Very nice experience!“

“I just wanna point out that I’ve been in Cleveland now for quite some time and the best Mexican food that I have found so far has been here at Taqueria El Paraiso. I love their posole and especially love their chili Rellenos.

“The grocery store has authentic Latin American products that I could not find anywhere else in the area. Ordered steak plate from restaurant and it was also authentic and delicious. Real Latinx flavors. Highly recommend. El supermercado tiene productos Latinoamericanos que no pude encontrar en el area (totopos El Milagro, queso panela, paletas, pupusas, etc). Ordenamos una carne asada del restaurant y aliño estuvo delicioso.“

“First time visiting Qdoba and I must say I was impressed. The staff at this location were friendly, upbeat, and professional. Shout out to Frank, the manager. When he heard this was my first visit, he came out and introduced himself and told me all about the Rewards program. He encouraged me to download the app and sign up. Ne'Vaeh Zhayshon is simply adorable. She laughed at my corny jokes and suggested I try the Queso, which I absolutely love! It was such a great vibe interacting with these two individuals. I will definitely come back to this location.“

The price is also the same if not better! There was also an excellent vegan option- the vegan chorizo- that I added to my bowl and it was delicious. “When I think of Mexican food I often think of tacos and burritos. But today I got to try authentic food with my Mexican friend. We went to Casa Luchitas at Shaker Square. My friend introduced me to Ensalada de Nopal (cactus salad), Queso Fundido (chorizo with melted cheese), and Flautas (flour tortillas with shredded beef). I also had the Tres Leches cake. Everything I tried tasted different than anything I had before since a lot of restaurants are Americanized. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I suggest that you try this restaurant if you get the chance.“
