“We haven't been for a while but we live this place. Their fried mushrooms, burgers, crispy chicken sandwich and holiday cookie shake are really nice. My son's grilled cheese was a bit overcooked and we trued chocolate mint whip drink but didn't care for it much. Our server's name was Patrick and he was very friendly abd a crafted salesman. We got $5.00 vouchers with a gift card purchase for our next trip. The atmosphere parking lot was well plowed and someone had built tiny little snowmen on the sign which was very cute.“

I’m not sure why the rating is only 4.2 because my food was fresh, clean, and good! My hubby and I are GF. My hubby is also DF. Our food was prepared safe and we had several options. I ordered the sweet potato burger and pickle chips. GF pickle chips!!! My hubby ordered a beef burger and wings. I don’t eat beef personally but the burger looked like it. “We have been to The Rail Grandview twice and have had a great experience both times. The food is fantastic, fairly priced, and served in great timing. The staff are friendly and the place is clean with a cool vibe.“

“Preston's takes the time to check that the food that goes out is checked for quality. The fries are neatly served vertically in paper bags, are never greasy and have enough salt to please. We took my father-in-law there for a birthday lunch, and he commented that it reminded him of how burgers used to be in the 1950s. Preston's is not the cheapest, but it is definitely worth the price.“

“pros and cons. CONS.. If you were to base your visit on first checking out the cleanliness of the bathrooms before you eat, you'd turn around and leave. The men's room in the basement needs so much work and the multiple colonies of gnats was like visiting the basement of college kids from a party and cans and spilled beer have never been cleaned up. Horrible condition. The ladies refused to even look at theirs. Booths are small and tight. Definitely an old building, but it's kind of cool with its history. PROS... Those were some really really good burgers. Wife got the Ali and I got the Old School. Burgers are huge and easily splitable. We tried this after friends suggested the burgers and we were not disappointed. Onion rings were too greasy for us, but the fries and homemade chips were great. Alll and all, it's definitely an option to eat again when in town.“

I had a cod dinner. The fish was good although a little greasy. My fries were cold. The cole slaw was fantastic.

“My brother, sister and I were in town for a concert and had time to spare for lunch and were just walking around and came across the beautiful artwork on the building of the Alley Burger. Took a chance and walked in, immediately greeted by the staff with the warmest hospitality. We each ordered a burger and when I tell you we crushed these burgers like we were experiencing a burger for the first time… the taste was unlike anything we’d ever eaten. My brother who eats burgers all the time said “Well DAMN!”when he took his first bite. Just incredible. We never had to ask for anything, our waitress was on top of it the whole time we were there. When we were leaving everyone was so nice saying goodbye and thank you, welcoming us back. We stepped outside and met the owner who was so excited that we were from Pittsburgh. It was such a great time and yes, at this point, we will travel three hours for that burger again. Soon! Thank you!“

I've dined in this place before, ate bison burgers but this time I opted for their bison filet steak, and it was delicious. The whole meal was. Facilities are clean, now with soap dispensers placed around for your convenience. I hadn't been to this area since Covid hit and that has changed everything but I'm happy this restaurant is still in business. I came to eat there because I wanted to eat a fine meal before seeing the German band Kraftwerk that evening. The waitress was very quick in serving the food and very friendly. Sure, the dinners may be more expensive and there's not many restaurants in the Nationwide Arena area now, but why not go for something unique and special to add to your fun day? I have eaten here before and after attending events such as hockey games, Phil Collins, Bruce Springsteen, RUSH, (Jeff Lynne's) ELO, Adam Ant, Noel Gallagher and more throughout the Arena District. I'm glad this place is still around after all that's occurred during the past few years, and I highly recommend it to anyone who attends any event in the Arena District. It's as good as it ever was, maybe better. Food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness - ***** out of five. I will certainly eat at this place again, just as I have at previous times. Kudos! 😋🙂😇“

Nice and modern burger restaurant located inside the Holiday Inn. Comfortable indoor seating with booths and or open tables. Decent size square -like bar located in the middle of the restaurant. Parking lot located walking distance from the restaurant. Maybe free parking for customers. Recommend talking to your server. Friendly staff. Decent prices.“
