“We were in Columbus for a conference and we walked by this restaurant after we had already eaten. We came back for dinner and we were not disappointed. The Turkey Rueben was outstanding with big pieces of turkey, ham, bacon and all the toppings. My husband had a burger to which he said, “this is really good food.” We also ordered the honey glazed Brussels with Asiago cheese which were very good. Our server Jonah was friendly, helpful and attentive.“

Perfectly grilled to medium/well. Shoestring fries were great. Chocolate shakes, hand made, were to die for. This was the best burger ever. Better than Five Guys….better than anybody’s! “We visited culvers for the first time on 12/26/24. I'm going to start off by saying the food was amazing quality, The staff was kind and patient with me as a newcomer. We were greeted, and the team thanked me for visiting, which made me feel valued as a customer. As a result of my interaction with Macie, we decided to try Culver's a second time while in the area. This time, we were met by Dan M. and Richard, who both provided a great customer experience. After interacting with Dan.M and sharing his first experience from the previous day, he explained that what we experienced was the culvers standard and that he was the owner/operator of the location. He told me that he appreciated me taking the time out to discuss my interaction with the team. And in a time when costumers are looking for more bang for their buck, Dan and his team added the true value to the customer experience. I believe Dan and his team are setting the bar for the Culver's brand in Ohio. “We have been to The Rail Grandview twice and have had a great experience both times. The food is fantastic, fairly priced, and served in great timing. The staff are friendly and the place is clean with a cool vibe.“

“pros and cons. CONS.. If you were to base your visit on first checking out the cleanliness of the bathrooms before you eat, you'd turn around and leave. The men's room in the basement needs so much work and the multiple colonies of gnats was like visiting the basement of college kids from a party and cans and spilled beer have never been cleaned up. Horrible condition. The ladies refused to even look at theirs. Booths are small and tight. Definitely an old building, but it's kind of cool with its history. PROS... Those were some really really good burgers. Wife got the Ali and I got the Old School. Burgers are huge and easily splitable. We tried this after friends suggested the burgers and we were not disappointed. Onion rings were too greasy for us, but the fries and homemade chips were great. Alll and all, it's definitely an option to eat again when in town.“

“Great food, lots of fine dinners to choose from. Their bison steak is the best I've had anywhere! I had some garlic mashed potatoes and steamed carrots with that and some lemonade. I've dined in this place before, ate bison burgers but this time I opted for their bison filet steak, and it was delicious. The whole meal was. Facilities are clean, now with soap dispensers placed around for your convenience. I hadn't been to this area since Covid hit and that has changed everything but I'm happy this restaurant is still in business. I came to eat there because I wanted to eat a fine meal before seeing the German band Kraftwerk that evening. The waitress was very quick in serving the food and very friendly. Sure, the dinners may be more expensive and there's not many restaurants in the Nationwide Arena area now, but why not go for something unique and special to add to your fun day? I have eaten here before and after attending events such as hockey games, Phil Collins, Bruce Springsteen, RUSH, (Jeff Lynne's) ELO, Adam Ant, Noel Gallagher and more throughout the Arena District. I'm glad this place is still around after all that's occurred during the past few years, and I highly recommend it to anyone who attends any event in the Arena District. It's as good as it ever was, maybe better. Food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness - ***** out of five. I will certainly eat at this place again, just as I have at previous times. Kudos! 😋🙂😇“

“I ALWAYS have the best experience here at Lovells. The food is ALWAYS good. The wings have become my personal favorite. Not only that though, Monday nights are my main night when I go in and the bartender Josh remembered me after 3 visits if that! I recently moved into the neighborhood and he has always made me feel

“We went for brunch and loved the atmosphere and our server was wonderful. The only thing that was as odd is that the coffee pot was broken and they didn't have coffee available for brunch at 11am? The music was a bit loud to hear over and would have been more appropriate later in the day. Overall loved the food and experience. We look forward to going back again!“

“There's a big order screen when you get to the counter, it's straightforward. I ordered a medium soy garlic chicken w/ steamed rice. The chicken was made hot and I only had to wait a few minutes, plus the lady behind the counter was very kind. The food was delicious including the rice. I also ordered the iced dabang coffee before I left and it's good (I took a few bites and sips before snapping the photos). Dine in area was clean and there are napkins, utensils and an assortment of condiments at the counter. I had the corn dogs before and I recommend the cheddar + sausage w/ potatoes. Great little food joint at the corner of the food hall and I'll be returning here to dine whenever I revisit the mall.“

She’s always so friendly and welcoming, offers suggestions, extras/ add ons, and basically reads your mind and knows what you want before you even know lol. Nice and modern burger restaurant located inside the Holiday Inn. Comfortable indoor seating with booths and or open tables. Decent size square -like bar located in the middle of the restaurant. Parking lot located walking distance from the restaurant. Maybe free parking for customers. Recommend talking to your server. Friendly staff. Decent prices.“
