“This location of Dunkins is no exception to the high-quality service that you're used to getting at any Dunkin' Donuts. The staff asked all the right questions. If you're not familiar with a different type of coffees, they are able to answer those technical questions as well. The donuts are always delicious And the coffee is always spot on“

“Stopped in here after the OSU Spring game. Speaking briefly, the area was surprisingly clean being just off campus (let's face it, we have expectations for college town venues).We ordered problem free at the kiosk. They were out of donuts, but to the employees credit, they did have signs at the kiosk noting that. We only wanted coffee anyhow.We got 2 good coffee about 5 minutes later. I used the restroom, and found them in very acceptable condition.Employees were polite as they needed to be doling out coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to return next time we come to Columbus.“
“I always get avocado toast and hash brown. It's usually pretty good. The avocado toast had like all of the avocado on one side and the other side barely had anything on it. I just had to take a butter knife and move it around. It did taste very good. The hash browns were barely warm, but still tasty. I got a cold foam coffee that was delicious. The line moved a lot slower than usual at the drive-thru.“
“The man behind the counter was awesome and did a great job. The prices are about average for donut shops. It would be nice if they had had more selection of their munchkins available (10 of one kind, about 20 of the other. They were missing a few other kinds). I understand it was almost 11a, but I miss the days of donut shops caring what's available.“
“I ordered a Croissant, that I paid for and didn't get because they were out of croissants by 7:20 when I ordered it. They didn't bother to tell me this until I informed them they forgot my sandwich. They didn't give me the doughnuts I ordered either, I had to ask for them three times before they finally gave then to me. My Hasbrowns were somehow both freezing cold AND burnt. The walking bacon was nothing but burnt bacon bits. My coffee was supposed to have caramel. It was plain and they forgot my straw. Worst experience here ever. I'll never order through the app again and it's going to be a looooong time before I give this location my money again.“

“It's a great donut shop. Going in is better than the drive thru. Double check business hours....said open until 10 pm and the doors were locked a little before 9 pm. When your daughter needs a chocolate sprinkled donut....not acceptable. Focus on the good. Great coffee and great donuts.“
“My mobile pickup order was incorrect (wrong drink size) but I appreciate that the employee working the drink thru stated while taking orders that a new employee was training and to please talk slowly and be patient. I’d rather them say this upfront.“
