Dunkin' Donuts in Columbus

“Great coffee quick service and made recommendations for me since it was my first time there. But please don’t get an extra shot of espresso I feel crazy rn usually Starbucks isn’t strong enough so I get two with my macchiato but with these guys you only need one !“

“Well had to drive around the building 3 times
They were dead with noone inside or out and yet I had to wait at the order board several minutes. No one answered so I drove around to the window and the girl there made me drive back to the order bord to take my order. Then she made my drink which took 5 mins! Seems like no one else was working and she was slower than molasses in January! The 2 drinks tasted right so no complains there bc most dunkins these days can't follow directions! So as mk uch as I hated the unnecessary wait I am glad the drinks tasted right!“

“I'm not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I visit this Dunkin' almost every day and the service, food, and ambience are always spot on. My order is always consistent and completed in a timely manner. The employees are very polite and helpful as well. They have helped me use the kiosk, use my rewards point, and even helped me when I placed my order at the wrong location.“

The women working there understood the assignment and packed me the cutest, neatest wake up wrap I’ve ever seen, perfect for eating on the go! “Very clean, decent prices, but the best thing was the staff even though they were very busy they still were very kind and accommodating to us my daughter ordered a avocado toast and they accidentally forgot to put it on the order so they gave it to us for free which was very kind. “Drinks are always good. It’s a very clean location. But I’ve ordered avocado toast two times now - first time the avocado was so sparse, second time half of the pieces were burnt black and tasted like charcoal. So maybe just don’t order the avocado toast. The drinks are always made well and the staff is very helpful!“

“A great Dunkin Donut. I sometimes buy breakfast here on Sunday morning because it is close to my church. Service is helpful and fast. The food and coffee are great. The room is clean. WiFi is available. They also have got great ice cream and ice cream cakes.“

“Dunkin' is a pretty good place for getting your coffee and breakfast. To go into more depth, first some positives:

Pos
- decent amount of selections for food items.
- coffee items exclusively by dunkin'
- price for the items is relatively cheap
- quality is good for the fast service.

Cons
- due to it mostly being drive through, it can be quite busy if you're in a rush.
- the drive through isn't very big, therefore you might be parking in the street to wait for it
- there is no burrito options available (if this doesnt bother you, great! I personally think a breakfast menu should have one, though preferences!)

So, theres not too much to say besides this. It's similar to all the other restaurants with drive through. Staff here has always been helpful and nice so far! I havent really had lunch or anything here, but it seems its mostly just breakfast so keep that in mind <3“

“Not even going to lie my go to place for coffee was closed and so I thought I was settling for Dunkin' Donuts. Until I met the most wonderful associate. There were two people working tonight. I came on Wednesday, February 25, the customer service was amazing. The woman helping me was super kind and really patient with me as I figured out what my order would be because I didn't know the menu. They definitely excel in every category. I'm really grateful for this team and happy that this is the team that I got tonight. I decided to try Dunkin' Donuts.“
