Dunkin' Donuts in Columbus

“Well had to drive around the building 3 times
They were dead with noone inside or out and yet I had to wait at the order board several minutes. No one answered so I drove around to the window and the girl there made me drive back to the order bord to take my order. Then she made my drink which took 5 mins! Seems like no one else was working and she was slower than molasses in January! The 2 drinks tasted right so no complains there bc most dunkins these days can't follow directions! So as mk uch as I hated the unnecessary wait I am glad the drinks tasted right!“

“Great coffee quick service and made recommendations for me since it was my first time there. But please don’t get an extra shot of espresso I feel crazy rn usually Starbucks isn’t strong enough so I get two with my macchiato but with these guys you only need one !“

“Clean place and good environment. Gideon And nick are both very helping employees. Respectful gentleman and good customer service. They give you exactly what you order. I was there earlier tonight and both employees were working together in a professional manner. They were both like Batman and robin.“

“I'm not sure what all of the negative reviews are about. I visit this Dunkin' almost every day and the service, food, and ambience are always spot on. My order is always consistent and completed in a timely manner. The employees are very polite and helpful as well. They have helped me use the kiosk, use my rewards point, and even helped me when I placed my order at the wrong location.“

“I stopped here on my way to work from the airport and asked for light dressing since I’d be eating in the car. “On 03/10/2025 @ 5:15 pm I was driving down broad st and my daughter was literally crying for a pink drink. There is no starbucks so I figured I'd pull into dunkins and see if they have a coconut water drink. We'll they did not, she was crying in the backseat and the guy working the window told us to pull up to the window anyways. When I say humanity is still great , it is! This man talked to my daughter and gave her doughnuts !! I was so shocked. After all the crying over a drink she was happy with doughnuts. He had no obligation to do this, he was so kind and literally made my day. I'm so mad at myself for not getting his name, but he said he has a child on the way. This man deserves a raise!! Talk about customer service to the extreme. The kindest most compassionate person so generously making a child's day. I just hope he reads this !! Thank you, thank you, thank you !!“

“Not even going to lie my go to place for coffee was closed and so I thought I was settling for Dunkin' Donuts. Until I met the most wonderful associate. There were two people working tonight. I came on Wednesday, February 25, the customer service was amazing. The woman helping me was super kind and really patient with me as I figured out what my order would be because I didn't know the menu. They definitely excel in every category. I'm really grateful for this team and happy that this is the team that I got tonight. I decided to try Dunkin' Donuts.“
