Panera Bread in Columbus

“They didn't have anymore Asiago bagels for my sandwich, so I had to choose white bread, told the Cashier I wanted the sandwich whole, paid $7.99 for a WHOLE sandwich and only received a HALF! So disappointed 😞 first time going to ANY Panera Bread location and I was disappointed. Sandwich was extremely fresh and delicious, but it was only half!“

“The manager and his team were fantastic! I order my sandwich not knowing that it would be a cold sandwich. I went to ask the gentleman if I could have it warmed up. He was gracious enough to make me a brand new sandwich! He didn’t make me feel stupid for asking and wasn’t irritated in the least! This is what client service should look like. I work in banking and will use this as an example for my team.“

“Tamia is one of the best persons ever who helped me with my Catering order. She was so patient with me and gave me the order total. She helped me place an order. She packed the catering order in such a way that it was so easy to carry and nothing spilled or got messed up. Tamia gave me an outstanding excellent service. Thank you so much.“

“We enjoyed lunch at this Panera location on Black Friday. Although it was extremely busy, the staff did a wonderful job of managing the orders. During our lunch, we met Jeff, who was busing tables and emptying trash. He was so pleasant and welcoming and offered to take our empty dishes and wipe our table. We also encountered Ashley at the register while she took our order. She was efficient despite the crowd and multiple customers asking for assistance at the same time. We found this location very clean and well organized. It is a benefit to be able to park, eat lunch, and shop at the neighboring shops without moving the car.“

“Coffee was warm at best...had to microwave because they are leaving it out longer and longer. There should a reduced price if i will have to "warm" it up in a microwave. Dining area needed tables wiped down...crumbs everywhere. Cashier extremely pleasant!“

“Great place to meet with friends for lunch with its relaxing atmosphere made cozy by the burning fire place in cold weather. The place was clean and the food fresh and tasty. It seems a bit pricey lately but our rewards card helped to offset the price for lunch.“

“I visited this location on a Saturday. I can't speak on behalf of the food here, but everyone knows this is not where you go for a gourmet meal. The man working the counter was so helpful making drink recommendations and had a cheery disposition. I will say the lady putting the orders on the pick up counter could try to be a little more jolly, BUT if she's the person responsible for making me one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had, then keep doing your thing. I haven't been to a Panera in years and this visit absolutely exceeded my expectations.“
