Panera Bread in Columbus

“They didn't have anymore Asiago bagels for my sandwich, so I had to choose white bread, told the Cashier I wanted the sandwich whole, paid $7.99 for a WHOLE sandwich and only received a HALF! So disappointed 😞 first time going to ANY Panera Bread location and I was disappointed. Sandwich was extremely fresh and delicious, but it was only half!“

The store was medium busy but the ordering line moved quickly...while ordering the store associate told me I had a free product available to me...I chose my favorite... cinnamon bagel...my order was ready within minutes...the store was clean ... service Great ?“

She packed the catering order in such a way that it was so easy to carry and nothing spilled or got messed up. Tamia gave me an outstanding excellent service. Thank you so much.“

“We enjoyed lunch at this Panera location on Black Friday. Although it was extremely busy, the staff did a wonderful job of managing the orders. During our lunch, we met Jeff, who was busing tables and emptying trash. He was so pleasant and welcoming and offered to take our empty dishes and wipe our table. We also encountered Ashley at the register while she took our order. She was efficient despite the crowd and multiple customers asking for assistance at the same time. We found this location very clean and well organized. It is a benefit to be able to park, eat lunch, and shop at the neighboring shops without moving the car.“

“We just had a great experience at your restaurant. Our food was delicious. I want to give a huge compliment to Robin in the dining room. She very thoroughly cleaned to the point of moving chairs and tables to make sure everything was clean. Her effort should not go unnoticed.“

“Coffee was warm at best...had to microwave because they are leaving it out longer and longer. There should a reduced price if i will have to "warm" it up in a microwave. Dining area needed tables wiped down...crumbs everywhere. Cashier extremely pleasant!“

“I placed a pick up order today (a variety of a dozen bagels cut and toasted with cream cheese). I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the bagels were sorted by bagel type and each type was inside a plastic bag. Utensils and napkins were also included in the bag and my order was ready when I picked it up this morning around 6:30am! The last time I purchased a dozen bagels they were all thrown in a Panera box and we had to dig in the box to find the one we wanted so this was a nice change to see! I called the store and spoke with a manager to let them know how impressed I was! Great job and customer experience!“
