Panera Bread in Columbus

“They didn't have anymore Asiago bagels for my sandwich, so I had to choose white bread, told the Cashier I wanted the sandwich whole, paid $7.99 for a WHOLE sandwich and only received a HALF! So disappointed 😞 first time going to ANY Panera Bread location and I was disappointed. Sandwich was extremely fresh and delicious, but it was only half!“

“Stopped in to pick up a sandwich combo for my wife and me. The store was medium busy but the ordering line moved quickly...while ordering the store associate told me I had a free product available to me...I chose my favorite... cinnamon bagel...my order was ready within minutes...the store was clean ... service Great ?“

“Coffee was warm at best...had to microwave because they are leaving it out longer and longer. There should a reduced price if i will have to "warm" it up in a microwave. Dining area needed tables wiped down...crumbs everywhere. Cashier extremely pleasant!“

“Tamia is one of the best persons ever who helped me with my Catering order. She was so patient with me and gave me the order total. She helped me place an order. She packed the catering order in such a way that it was so easy to carry and nothing spilled or got messed up. Tamia gave me an outstanding excellent service. Thank you so much.“

“We just had a great experience at your restaurant. Our food was delicious. I want to give a huge compliment to Robin in the dining room. She very thoroughly cleaned to the point of moving chairs and tables to make sure everything was clean. Her effort should not go unnoticed.“

“Food is fresh and good. The service is good even if they had to remake my sandwich because they put something on it that I asked them to leave off. The atmosphere is okay. Never felt like a comfortable place to me, especially in those chairs. The booths are better“

“We enjoyed lunch at this Panera location on Black Friday. Although it was extremely busy, the staff did a wonderful job of managing the orders. During our lunch, we met Jeff, who was busing tables and emptying trash. He was so pleasant and welcoming and offered to take our empty dishes and wipe our table. We also encountered Ashley at the register while she took our order. She was efficient despite the crowd and multiple customers asking for assistance at the same time. We found this location very clean and well organized. It is a benefit to be able to park, eat lunch, and shop at the neighboring shops without moving the car.“

“Im not sure how the mobile pick up works. They have a shelf out front for those who order food and drink online, but my drink never made it to the shelf even though I seen it on the prompter. Eventually it stated the drink was delayed, then removed from the screen. I went to the employee's behind the counter and a young lady name Madison got my drink for me and was so accommodating with helping me with my order. She gave me stellar customer service so I completely forgot about the mobile order issues. ?“
