This location always has the best hot delicious food. The other best part about this location is top customer service. The best burger is the Double Sourdough with melted cheese, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, sauteed onions, and I added lettuce.

Notably, Kelly consistently offers amazing guest service, and Raymond also impresses many diners. Despite occasional service hiccups, the staff is committed to correcting mistakes when they occur, valuing customers and enhancing their experience. The restaurant's exterior may sometimes be marred by panhandlers, which can detract from the overall experience. However, the standout team members, along with the delicious food, contribute to a positive atmosphere, making Rally's a place worth visiting.
