Stopped by because I was intrigued with their dark pumpernickle rye. I had the Archer Eland rye flight with an taste of the pumpernickle as well. The pumpernickle was really good and went way beyond my expectations with a hint of cinnamon sweetness and baking spices.. My wife had 2 of their cocktails, Virgin Sin and the Eclipse. I don’t quite know how to describe how much I love this place. The staff? Amazing. The food? Also amazing. The cocktails? Amazing. The pastrami trout in and of itself was enough to get us to come back to this place a year later. It holds up. I think about that trout far more often than I should.
Every cocktail is incredible and made with detail and care. The Birria Lamb I had was to die for. Grace was so cool and chatted with us and made excellent food and drink recommendations.

Hosted my wife's 50th Birthday there and the Service Bar team was amazing from start to end. They were responsive via email as I asked a million questions, they worked with me as the size of my group changed, and they laid out options clearly.
Night of the event I was even more impressed by the service we received, the quality of the food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. Made for a happy wife and a memorable night.
