Floors and general condition of the restaurant was sticky and dirty. Food was ok had better steak and shakes. If everything you see is dirty including the employees uniform it worries you what the kitchen condition is.

I’ve been to several Steak ‘n Shake’s up in Columbus. I’d have to say this was the best experience at a ball of food was top-notch. Customer service was top-notch, friendly staff clean building keep leading by example.
