I’ve been to several Steak ‘n Shake’s up in Columbus. I’d have to say this was the best experience at a ball of food was top-notch. Customer service was top-notch, friendly staff clean building keep leading by example.
Went here for lunch and just ordered some fries and chicken strips. The place was entirely empty. 25 minutes passed before we finally asked where our food was. it took them five minutes to have it ready. With at least 5 employees available I can't see an excuse. Won't be back at this location.
The drive through service was terrible. No napkins or condiments were in the bag after asking. The food was good and hot...
