“What a great local spot for a bite to eat!! We were just passing through and stopped for a late lunch. They had some daily specials which sounded wonderful, but we didn't want a big meal. We opted for a cheeseburger and a patty melt and French fries. Everything was delicious! Fries were super hot, crispy and fresh. Burgers were cooked nicely - not over done. Everything tasted fresh and the patty melt was really good too.

“I am an instructor for a medical laser certification council located in Grove City. I come out every 3 months. We usually have our standard hot spots to eat regularly but only recently the past year gone to Cimi’s. The food is great!!! Lots of options and it rotates which is nice! Still keep some classics of course (get the Masala!!!!), but overall great food! We came on a Sunday and it was later in the evening where the place was empty, but food was still great even if we were the last table! Always great reviews from the students and guests we bring.

This time we had a server Haley who not only was detailed of the menu, but was honest! She even said she couldn’t taste all the food due to health conditions but WE ALL LOVED THAT! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to a restaurant and they are like “this is so great!” And it absolutely was not…sometimes they even admit they never tried it…but Haley was honest and said “customers rave about this” or even said “when they cook this it smells incredible and I WANT TO try it!”. Honesty is a dying art in service and it made us happy someone still kept it there for the benefit of the customer!!!

She was also very attentive and asked us about our day. She kept the service great and even though we have been there a few times, it felt like home! Told the boss man we need to come back now every time!“

“Got the opportunity to play with a member. Course is nice and well maintained. Has some challenging holes. Greens roll true. Not too many blind shots. Pro shop has a nice selection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food was somewhat disappointing.“

“Why Why Why would you guys get rid of fresh cut fries!! The new fries are not doing it AT ALL! The fresh cut fries are a big reason I come in for a quick lunch. Fries are a significant part of a persons meal. I will significantly reduce the amount of time I come in for lunch. The meats are still good and will continue to purchase for get togethers at home.“

“My four year old son and I met my cousin here for a coffee date on a Tuesday at 10 a.m. There were only 2 red velvet cookies for sale and my son loved them, the other two were chocolate and he didn't like them, I took them home and the other kids didn't like them either. My son was def being a high energy boy that day and I felt relaxed and welcome even tho he was rearranging furniture and jumping around. There were other kids running around/crying, etc....so it's a good place to go with littles. My cousin mentioned that the gal who waited on her didn't smile or seem very friendly ....the gal who waited on me was very friendly tho and smiled and chatted....we bought our coffees separately, from different staff. My coffee ( almond joy) was really good and I thought the price was also really good. All in all it was a fine experience, didn't blow us away but wasn't bad at all either. I'll prob try them again ( it's half way between my cousin's house and mine) and see what we think about our second visit. Parking was easy, it's free street parking, in a cute, clean, old downtown looking part of town.“

“Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible“

“Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multi-lingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio. A major thoroughfare throughout the entire state of Ohio. Glad to see I-Hop understands and meets all of their customer needs. Top of the Morning to all of You.
