“This little place used to be a trailer in the parking lot, now it is it's own building.The Ice Cream is Great. And the varieties of ice cream is really nice also.For a quick bite the have a nice selection of food and sandwiches.You may have to wait to order or get your food they are usually very busy in the evenings, but don't let that stop you the ice cream and food are worth the wait.Enjoy.“

This is a coffee and ice cream spot in an old silo, it's phenomenal and it's in the quaint quiet town of Pleasant Hill and everything about LOCAL is pleasant (accept those darn bees), but seriously everything else is awesome. You want quiet, you want to break away from the noise, relax and enjoy, LOCAL is perfect. They have put so much thought into this spot, it's amazing. From a few local mercantile stores, a pumpkin patch, Cornhole, axe throwing, sand volleyball and fire pits and community tables, ping pong, foosball, this place is special and don't forget their cool swag. I had the Peach Honey latte and it was so good, the hint of peace was perfect and yes they have the different milk options, oat, almond, skim, plus some good gluten and vegan free options. The ambiance of this place is incredible, they have done such a good job and even have a Airbnb in one of the silos. Windows galore and on a nice day plenty of seating outside and on a rainy day sufficient seating inside. The baked goods looks incredible and the photo oops at this place abound, it is photo opp central. This place is a winner and we will be back.“

“My boyfriend and I did a curbside order and they were waiting on a cookie that we ordered to cool; they made sure to that we were ok with waiting for a few minutes to get the right cookie! We really appreciated it and she was very apologetic about our wait when bringing them out to us!“

“You ever hear great things about a place and then stop in & it exceeds your expectations? That’s what Ducky’s did to us.We are from an hour away, so we don’t get to Troy much. Today we had the chance to stop in & we loved it. Great selection of ice cream, snowballs & other concoctions - like the Qwackwhich. My son loved his ice cream & I fell in love with my Qwackwhich - a fresh, local donut filled with (my choice of) cappuccino crunch ice cream. “Very good. Great location. Good food. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because they have tables outside to eat at, but they sit directly in the sun and there's no umbrellas or shade. Would be an easy fix if they put up umbrellas.Parking: Only a few parking spots. Street parking available.“

“Visit probably once a week. Generally friendly staff. Biggest complaint is the order is constantly wrong. They make it right, and don't argue, but when going through drive through it's annoying to either go in, or have to call and complain because it's wrong.“
