“Listen I’ve been to a lot of dunkin’s around the Akron/Kent Area, and when I say a lot I mean ALL of them. I come here about once a week and it’s always my best Dunkin experience! This is the one place that has made cold brew correctly and make the drinks how they should. The window person is always so amazing as well!! You guys are doing phenomenal! Keep it up!“
“Wow, Saturday at 2 pm I order a maple croissant bacon sandwich, they're really good only reason I go there. The staff were terrible, no one seemed to know what they were doing. I seen my sandwich being prepped n bagged and I watched them try to hand it to the guy in the drive thru. Luckily he said his name wasn't Brad. Thank you dude. Anyway I watched that transpire and asked the lady on the drive thru is that order 760 and she said no...well it was so I waited around for 5 more minutes before one of the other employees asked me rudely if I needed anything and I said yes order 760 and they asked me for the name too which I did and they look around and find the bag right next to the drive thru. I said thank you and I knew that was my food and left and as i was leaving i hear these untrained, uneducated people who work there saying that I didn't need to be rude...I wasn't rude at all. Will not be coming back. I have recently had brain surgery and am disabled as well. So way to go guys.“
“Place is the best Dunkin around. With that being said (and this is hard to do) it’s the worst Dunkin around. Having an app thar allows you to order ahead and earn points is sweet, except this location NEVER accepts mobile orders as of late. I mean none. Zero. Always too understaffed. Either pay them what they are worth so they stay or suck it up and allow mobile ordering. Quickest way to go from 5 stars to 1“
