“Our night here started out rough. We sat for 20 minutes before Jared and Jeff noticed that no one had served us. From that point on everything was amazing. The expedited our food and constantly checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. The food was good and a great deal. Overall Jared and Jeff COMPLETELY turned our night around. I can’t thank them enough for their attention and service.“

“I wasn't sure where to pick up my order I ordered in advance and when I walked in I asked the woman at the counter and she seemed disgusted and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't sure that the food was sitting on a shelf behind me it was my first time there I was I supposed to know. And then was even more disgusted by the fact that I didn't know where to fill my cup up with the drink that I had ordered. I'm sorry I haven't been there before I apologize for that it'll probably be enough to keep me from going back“

“Store was very cleanly— dining area, drink station, and bathroom were all well maintained and stocked. The employees were very kind and service was quick! Food was yummy. Big props to management. I definitely recommend the orange scone if they have them made. They are scrumptious! 😋“

“The only reason that I even come to this particular Panera Bread is because of Miss Kathy and Anthony the assistant manager (I come for coffee after working 3rd shift at the hospital on the weekends).Miss Kathy and Anthony are the bomb💣....their customer ❤service is next to none. But today the manager on duty, let a dog come in here and be in the restaurant she told me there was nothing she could do about the dog being here in the restaurant. I even called 911. The dog ran around the fireplace. the woman said that he was a service dog and that he wasn't hurting anything (but his hair flying around the restaurant!!!!!!)but service dogs don't run around the restaurant. They sit in one place next to the owner.I love dogs but not dog hair in my food!!! LEAVE THE DOG OUTSIDE!“

“I would like to know what the potholes are all about on the road coming out of Panera bread I put my tire tires. I just got in August if anyone else popped their tire or screwed up their car almost potholes. Let me know on here we’ll get together and we’ll have a case to bring to whoever the hell owns that road. It’s probably I’m thinking it’s Panera. Those potholes are horrible.“

“My wife and I went to this place while visiting the area on personal business. The food was fantastic, our server was flexible, humorous, and very professional. I would drive all the way from Cincinnati just to go here again it was that good.“

“First time at this location and found that same great flavor that only their sandwiches offer. Even though they were busy and had several carry out orders ahead of us, our food was ready in minutes. Would have been 5 stars but when I sat I found the bench was coming apart.“

“I have been to this location twice this year. Both my experiences have been great. Today I tried something different, Chicken Noodle soup. It was good for most part nothing fancy or super flavorful. I really love the Broccoli Chedder soup & the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Those are my go to that I get everytime.“

“I was having such trouble ordering online, so I called this particular store, and the manager was fantastic! He took great patience and care to explain to me exactly how to get my best deal, and offered suggestions on how I could get an even better deal! What a great customer service experience!“

“With all due respect, this particular store needs to get its act together! It is close to my office, the food is good, and so I go there (usually carry-out) at least once a week. However, in the last month, I have had my order screwed up three times! I am certain I am not unique, so how many other orders get screwed up? In the last month, I have had to return twice, once because the baguette was not included and today, because I didn’t have salad dressing. (Because of the prior incidents, I even checked that I had the correct salad before I left the store—didn’t think I had to look to see if I had salad dressing!). The other time was when I dined in, and received the wrong salad. I didn’t complain then. I’ve been to this store many, many times in the past and have never once had an incorrect order. Three times in a month—I would have to point my finger at management for lack of training, lack of quality control, or perhaps other issues. I have to wonder how many other customers have had issues with their orders, didn’t complain, and won’t be coming back.“

“I live closer to another Panera but worth the extra 5 min drive because the one in Englewood has superior customer service and their food is always consistent! Management is doing a great job hiring and training good employees 👏🏻“

I've never been a huge fan of OG, but this property was different. I wish it wasn't so far away from home.
