“I just wanted to give y'all a huge shout-out for brightening my day!! I came in just a bit ago and even tho you are very busy the whole staff was cheerful, even singing along to radio with customers and I got my order very, very quickly. Robert recommended an iced chai tea latte with a shot of espresso, which is amazing by the way, and Phoebe complimented me, everyone was so kind and it was overall just a really great experience so thank you all so much 💕 will be visiting more often now for sure you went above and beyond expectations, the staff you have now is amazing they are keepers !!!“

“This is a good Tim Horton's, friendly staff, quick service (usually), nice location. They don't seem to get many people parking and going inside so they may not notice you at the counter because they are busy with drive through customers. Also, it is a small shop and they don't have some food items larger Tim's have (like chocolate donuts - you would think would be a big seller).“

“A little after 3pm on 9/15/23 I came into the store and could tell they were understaffed. There seemed to be only 2 people working both the drive thru and cafe. Despite this, I was greeted in a timely manner. My interactions with both emoloyees working were genuine and kind, despite the fact that I could tell they were each doing the work of 2 people. I overheard the opening manager (?) filling the closing manager (?) in on how the day had gone, and happened to hear that they had been incredibly short staffed all day. Despite all of this, she was keeping things running quickly, smoothly, and with kind and genuine service. As someone with food service management experience, I just wanted to commend the employees at this location. I know a review doesn't do much, but I hope the employees who were working see this and know their hard work did not go unnoticed.“

“The food here costs too much, but at least it's good! You can easily spend $20 on one person if you're not careful. I usually get the apppetizer sampler. The mac and cheese bites are breaded Kraft, but the chicken bites, jalapeno poppers, cheese bites, and onion petals are all worthwhile. They used to have pickle chips, but now they have pickle fries that cost more and aren't as good.
The chicken sandwiches are decent. The burgers are not worth $5. Most of the mexican-style food is messy and costs a bit too much.
I tried the crispy chicken street tacos this time, and they are equivalent to any sort of crispy chicken wrap from anywhere else, but you can get jalapeños on them if you want.
Fountain beverages are much cheaper here than at other fast food restaurants, and they have a decent selection of diet sodas on tap.
I do not like that I have to use the app to access the drive-thru, but I have gotten used to it. You can control the ice level in your drink through the app, and it it somewhat easier to track your spending before you put your order in.
