If you people can't read your tickets, or tell the difference between a single and a double burger, if you don't know what medium well is, and all you can do is send people cold, limp, soggy fries every single time they order you should not be in business, period. “Good burgers and wings! They have a full bar with some nice drinks options for adult milkshakes and similar cocktails. Fast service and friendly staff. The prices are very fair and there are good options on the kids menu. Located right by CWRU on Euclid, so be prepared to pay for parking in a surface lot or look for a spot on the side streets.

“My husband and I were in Solon for an appointment and about an hour early. We asked the lady at the bank how the burgers were at Burger Fresh. She said they were fantastic, so we decided to try them. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. They were the best we have had anywhere for a very long time. “Village Diner just catered my small fundraising event this past weekend. The hot dog bar was so fun and tasty! Prices were reasonable and their set-up and clean up were great. Rave reviews from the attendees at the event!“

“Charlie's was a dandy little diner we found during our recent trip to Cleveland. The first thing you notice is the very flashy looking exterior of their building which I thought looked awesome. The inside of the building is quite small with limited seating but was very well kept and clean. Their menu consists mainly of breakfast options and hot dog options. I went the hot dog route trying a Chili Dog and one plain with stadium mustard. The stadium mustard was just a dijon variation and was fine. Their chili was excellent with great flavour and just delicious on the dog. The dogs themselves were 100% beef and were the best part as it should be. Great flavour and a nice snap to them they were just stellar. The onion rings I got as a side I would rate as average. The service was pretty darn good for us as well. All in all a very good diner stop for us.“

“The food was wonderful the place smells delicious and when you look around the corners and in the nooks and crannies it’s very clean. They were extremely busy and told me it would be 40-45 minutes I showed up exactly 35 minutes and they said they need 5 more and it came out piping hot delicious.“

“Great diner style restaurant thankfully still operating and open early in the area that I was able to grab breakfast in before heading out for the day.

Since it was a Friday, you can order day-specific fish specialties - I forget exact name but it was a fish sandwich and I opted for Mac and cheese as the side.

It was a bit busy when I came in but there was still plenty of seating for anyone who came, (so this place is definitely larger than expected).

There is also a small below main level parking lot directly under the restaurant (recommend for any rainy day travelers or to keep your car a bit cooler from the sun).

Food was served within reasonable time and the wait staff were friendly but also very on-the-go quick pace. So it was very normal for them to forget the tar tar sauce for the sandwich (which I asked for at the next earliest convenience of the wait staff).

I also got a brownie hot fudge sundae for dessert. I think I got one of the more dried out pieces (it comes with two brownie triangles) but it makes sense since who orders a brownie sundae first thing in the morning? Only me. ?

I just let it soak in the melting vanilla ice cream and it was fine. Equally delicious as the other piece of brownie. ?

I used to order chicken tenders with honey mustard and Notso fries here many years back. I will have to return to try and get those next time if it's still on the menu (forgot to check since I was sleepy).“

“I have ordered here twice. The food is amazing.

My only thing is I ordered for a delivery 15 miles out and the order placed. I waited an hour and a half because its football Sunday and i wanted to be considerate.

I called to check on my delivery status and they told me they dont deliver that far. I asked why no one called me and he proceeds to tell me he thought someone called me and then argued about a refund and preparing my food that I would now have to go pick up.

The guy at the register had absolutely no energy. I know its a hit pizza joint but maybe he should drink water and step out for some air instead of scrolling on his phone when a customer is at the register.“

“We reviewed Hello Bistro in Beachwood OH, well JRK did because Joe was too busy "working"...... Tried the Tex Mex burger – looked great, but it was tiny and bland. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. “One of my favorite hometown restaurants. The servers are friendly and remember us. They always hustle because it's usually pretty busy. The food is a good value and tasty. The breakfasts are great, especially Adam's Big Bite. The waffles and omelets are also delicious. The hearty meals at lunch come with a salad or soup, the entree, a side, and rolls. It's hard to beat their meals at those prices. Plus, the reward program gives you money off of the next visit. Food normally comes out pretty quickly, and I've rarely ever complained about my meal. The ribs are my favorite lunch meal. They have excellent cooks that hustle because they also do a heavy amount of carryout business.

My only wish is that they would update their restrooms, but they are clean and functional.“

“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“
