** READ THE UNRECOMMENDED COMMENTS TOO. THEY ARE ACCURATE ** Aka Vista apartments - LOOK ELSEWHERE. Numerous apartments went without A/C this summer. The management personal who was supposedly handling this issue dragged their feet. Our apartment as well as many others were never repaired. Now there's an issue with there being hot water! The elevator is very slow and they don't all work at the same time and some floor smell like doodoo nothing ever work maintenance take forever leasing office people always have an attitude and there is nothing to carry your groceries up to the elevator
