“I have worked with TLC catering and the Fellowship Hall at St George for multiple events. The center and the staff are always efficient, kind, generous and a dream to work with. They have the answers as fast as I can think of the questions. We have had events with a few hundred o one with well over 700 that used bother church and hall and everything was excellent. Highly recommend!“

“Chef Gina’s cakes are AMAZING!! this was the second cake within a months time that I ordered from her because the first one was incredible too! Both cakes were chocolate with salted caramel buttercream and they were so moist and delicious! the salted caramel was a special request and she did it so well. Everyone that had a piece loved it!! Not to mention the beautiful designs!!! Would recommend her for any special occasion especially because both cakes were reasonably priced! Thank you again Chef Gina! You are seriously the best and now my official baker for the foreseeable future!!! 😁“

“I have been using chef Mike for a couple weeks now! I cannot begin to tell you how delicious the food is! My husband and I are empty nesters and it was so difficult for me to cook just for the two of us without having tons of leftovers that I had to throw away! Chef Mike’s meals are the perfect portions to where we feel totally satisfied when we’re done eating, yet there are a little to no leftovers that get wasted! The food is CEAN and HEALTHY and tastes SOOOO good, which is so hard to find in a healthy Clean meal service! I love all the choices, so I’m never having the same meal twice! We have tried almost everything and there isn’t anything that we don’t love! Chef Mike is flexible if you have any type of nutritional issues! I love, knowing exactly what is going into my body! We use Chef Mike for our weekly meals during the work week because it is so busy! I now have time to work out every day because I’m not stuck in the kitchen cooking! Yet I can still sit down and enjoy a home cooked meal with my husband! I now have the best of both worlds without the work!!! :) I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am that I found Chef Mike’s service !! What it reduces down to is that Nat has never ONCE disappointed with her food. I have been impressed with every single dish I have had. I have enjoyed many Thai restaurants over the course of my life and typically found that each of them is good at a few things but not others. Nat defies this with her cooking. She draws from her experiences growing up watching family cook and it reads in her dishes. Perfect balance, fresh and flavorful ingredients, care and patience all can be read while eating her food.
