A neurologist friend took me here many years ago as a graduation celebration from nursing school. I’ve been coming back ever since, and I’ve never had a disappointment for a night or meal. “We had my mom’s 90th birthday party with 28 guests at the Westlake location this morning. Because we are regulars there, Nick the manager bent the rules a wee bit to allow us to have the back area, near the bar for our party right at opening time on a Saturday. The service by wait staff Mary and Lauren was fabulous, every one of us LOVED our food and your hospitality was off the charts! “My wife and I had a reservation for 6 pm and arrived at 5:40 pm. My wife had a couple of tastings while we waited to check-in. I checked us in at 5:50 pm. At 6:15 pm we still had not been seated. I checked in with the hostess stand and they said someone deleted our reservation and that's why we hadn't been seated. She apologized. No big deal, we were seated a couple minutes later. We ordered drinks and an appetizer (the meatballs, amazing...). We ordered our food, which came out very quickly. So quickly, in fact, that we had not gotten our appetizer yet. Not sure what the miscommunication was, but we had to remind the food runner that we also had an appetizer Again, not big deal, but it would have been nice to space the food out a little more. The food was delicious. There was a very intoxicated, middle-aged woman sitting at a booth behind us who was soooo loud and obnoxious. Many of the people in our area began to notice how ridiculous she was acting. Our server was fine, but not super attentive (they were busy). She asked me about a refill on my drink, but she never brought it. It was a fine time out, but the experience was a little clunky. We would definitely go back at the end of the day.“

We decided to finally get around to use the gift card, because you know they just sit in those drawers forever, and discovered that the Akron location had closed. We didn't want to lose our money, so we made the trip to Strongsville so that we could use up our card. This location is in a strip mall near a large shopping mall. Plenty of parking, and the restaurant had lots of great seating options. The wait staff was very friendly, and attentive. We both got the smash burger special and it was delicious! “Might just be one of the best burgers from a fast food joint that I have ever eaten. The Pretzel Bits were almost as good as the burger. I could eat those all day long. Service was very good and the tables were clean.

“Lost my wallet 12-14,., finally tracked it to Lone Tree ,Talked to MANDY 12- 15 , she told me she was really busy and would check as soon as a she could and would send out a text to the help to see if anyone found it and call me as Soon as she could . She called with in 30 minutes . And so she had it . THE RELIEF. Want to retrieve it and tried to give it a thank you gift and no one would take it . “1st time here at Cleats. I stop in for dinner with my wife, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, on Friday around 4pm. We seated ourselves. It's a nice medium size sports bar. We chose to sit inside rather than outside. However, I did feel it was a bit dark inside. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Friday's special was an all you can eat fish dinner. It was very good but there were no lemon slices for the fish. The other three had the chicken tenders. It was a little strange to me that you have to pay extra for dipping sauce (plus the waitress never told us about this charge). That being said, the food was delicious 😋 we topped off the dinner with a blood orange IPA“
