“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

“**8/16/24** had astounding service, fries could have been more fresh but everything else was fine. The young man working the window around 7:30pm was fantastic and had such good customer service.

This location is usually a hit or miss. I came on 12/9/2024 around 1 pm and had one of the best services ever. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. My food was fresh and hot. No complaints whatsoever, just want to compliment the work staff and the young gentlemen with loc twists who was very kind and ran my food outside. Great work ethic and professionalism for this work crew!“

Menu is obviously chili-centric, but even so, there's a good variety of items available (chili dogs, chili burritos, chili spaghetti, etc.) I had the Chilitos and they were quite good! “I wanted so badly to enjoy my first taste of Raising Cane’s! The employees were friendly, professional, and fast. I got my order quickly and was on my way. I will say that the tenders are very juicy and cooked perfectly. But the breading is kind of bland (and somehow also salty?), the sauce is salty, the Texas toast is salty, the fries were salty — only flavor I recall is salt, and after a long hot day this meal just made me more dehydrated. I hope other folks enjoy it more, I truly did have a pleasant experience, just didn’t enjoy the taste :)“

“Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“I just wanted to take the time to thank the employees and manager at this Canes location. I apologize for not getting your names! But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. “This was THE BEST fast food burger I have ever had! It was cooked perfectly, crispy burnt edges, and still really juicy. First time at any Jack in the Box because they are not in my area, but you better believe I will stop every time I'm in an area that has them.

“It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.“

“A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“First visit today - I ordered 2 full slabs, the fried cabbage, jalapeño corn bread stuffing, and potato salad sides, all of which perfectly compliment the smoke on those ribs. Also got to sample a new menu item - jerk pork burnt ends. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor of that jerk sauce will give you chills. Definitely coming back to try everything (yes, everything) else. “This is an alright Five guys with good food and good service. I normally don’t do national chains much when I’m in Cincinnati, but when it’s the only option I usually go for this Five Guys. It’s definitely worth going to if you like Five Guys.

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. “It's skyline, so the food was great as usual. The main thing I wasn't a fan of, was that they removed the salt shakers from the table. Once I realized that, I had to wait to get my server's attention to bring me several packets. It might be nitpicking but that was the only issue I had.“
