“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

“To food was what Cane's makes. If you love it you love it if not well whatever. This visit was requested by a 15 year old on the way home from his baseball game. He ate his box meal and then finished what I was going to take for lunch tomorrow. Apparently, he loves it.

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. “Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

Vegetarian options: Fried cauliflower is available and super delicious.“

“I have only ever been a drive-thru customer at this location, so I cannot speak to the dining room. However, the drive-thru has outdoor speakers with upbeat music playing and it smells heavenly outside, not a smelly dumpster or grease stain in sight. The food is always the same quality, and the line to order moves very quickly. The menu has good visibility and the crew at the window are very pleasant to interact with. Can’t go wrong stopping here for some good fried chicken“

“I just wanted to take the time to thank the employees and manager at this Canes location. I apologize for not getting your names! But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. “An annual tradition, this White Castle goes all out to make it a great experience. They have table side ordering, valentines decor and its very organized with reservations from Opentable. Bravo to the manager who came out and checked on every table to see how it was going- you could tell she cared! Highly recommended as a casual way to celebrate the ones you love- this year we invited friends and it was even more fun to show them the experience.“

“It's skyline, so the food was great as usual. The main thing I wasn't a fan of, was that they removed the salt shakers from the table. Once I realized that, I had to wait to get my server's attention to bring me several packets. It might be nitpicking but that was the only issue I had.“
