“The food here is great. The service can sometimes leave a lot to be desired. It's not that the employees aren't nice. i just seem to have bad luck with other diners when I go here. They always seem to be having problems, and that causes my orders to be delayed. I am not a fan of the kiosks, but i use them when i have to. They really need to be able to print you a receipt there. The email or txt versions are not good enough“

“**8/16/24** had astounding service, fries could have been more fresh but everything else was fine. The young man working the window around 7:30pm was fantastic and had such good customer service.

This location is usually a hit or miss. I came on 12/9/2024 around 1 pm and had one of the best services ever. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly. My food was fresh and hot. No complaints whatsoever, just want to compliment the work staff and the young gentlemen with loc twists who was very kind and ran my food outside. Great work ethic and professionalism for this work crew!“

Menu is obviously chili-centric, but even so, there's a good variety of items available (chili dogs, chili burritos, chili spaghetti, etc.) I had the Chilitos and they were quite good! They even have their own branded merch for purchase. Overall, a unique and fun place to grab a bite!“

“I wanted so badly to enjoy my first taste of Raising Cane’s! The employees were friendly, professional, and fast. I got my order quickly and was on my way. I will say that the tenders are very juicy and cooked perfectly. But the breading is kind of bland (and somehow also salty?), the sauce is salty, the Texas toast is salty, the fries were salty — only flavor I recall is salt, and after a long hot day this meal just made me more dehydrated. I hope other folks enjoy it more, I truly did have a pleasant experience, just didn’t enjoy the taste :)“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“The food was good, the waitress was very attentive, but I really don't mind waiting for my coffee to brew. I understand by now it isn't popular and it may take a while. “I just wanted to take the time to thank the employees and manager at this Canes location. I apologize for not getting your names! But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. “Skyline always hits the spot. This location wasn't busy and we got right in. Several tables were filthy. We had to wipe down our own table. Waitress was a young HS girl and the service was average at best. The chili and cheese coneys definitely made up for all of it and it was all good. Been 10 months since I sat down and had Skyline. The chili was GOOOOOD and those cheese coneys even better.“

“Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

“The chili is really good, it’s not super salty or over powering with a mild sweetness that is unexpected. The bun is very VERY light in density which is nice so the dog and chili can be the star of the show, also helps with not feeling grotesquely full from an overload on bread. Definitely got cheese and onions which also complimented without overpowering (especially for the onions, those can quickly take over the flavor makeup in any food but not here). The hotdog had its own distinct flavor and a nice snap when bitten. Thoroughly enjoyed and now I need to keep oyster crackers at home.

So here was how I enjoyed mine as the oyster crackers is a new concept to me…I took the hot sauce, opened the crackers and then shook the hot sauce in the bag with the crackers, topped the dog took one bite to taste…it was delicious, there is now no trace of evidence left, although if people were watching I could only assume they would describe it as a massacre…it was very good!“

“This is an alright Five guys with good food and good service. I normally don’t do national chains much when I’m in Cincinnati, but when it’s the only option I usually go for this Five Guys. It’s definitely worth going to if you like Five Guys.

“Great food and friendly service”

Tried Freddy’s in Fairfield for the first time last weekend and was honestly impressed. I’d heard of Freddy’s before but never actually been, and now I get the hype.

I got the double steakburger combo and my friend tried the patty melt. The steakburger was super flavorful, and I really liked the crispy edges on the patty — kind of like how you’d do it on a flat top at home. Fries were super thin (like, shoestring thin), which I didn’t expect, but they were fresh and really good with their fry sauce.

Big shoutout to Kamya at the front counter — she was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu (first-timer here!). She made a great recommendation for the custard too — I went with the vanilla and caramel and it was so good.

Service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely upbeat. It’s still fast food, sure, but it felt like a step up. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area“

She goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are happy and when the kids are happy the parents are even more happy! “A regular fast food experience, the chicken fingers were crispy and crunchy. I am not a huge fan of the Canes sauce. The customer service was good not great, I think this location needs to do more with a Chick-fil-eh right across the street. They are the gold standard for customer service and they have a long ways to get to that type of service and customer experience.“

“We never really had any issues here, but the last 2 out of 3 visits they have failed to put everything in the bag. One time we didn't get the cheese for the 4 way, I called to let them know, they said they would make a note of it, but then when I went up to get the cheese, they had no record of me calling. Tonight we didn't get the onion for either of the 4 ways. They charge extra for a 4 way and to not get what you paid for is quite disappointing. They need to do a better job on carryout, making sure they are putting everything in the bags. Customers depend on them to make sure they get what they paid for.“
