“From an employee standpoint, it's a decent place to work. As with any place, there's always room for improvement, some days more than others. Sadly I do see a number of employees that don't put customer service to heart. Order takers don't even say hello, it's just "order whenever you're ready".They don't sound happy, they don't want to be there.... I on the other hand always greet customers with a positive voice. if you hear " thank you for choosing McDonald's" for the start of the order, you found me.From a customer standpoint, front counter service has improved over time, but still some work to be done. Order accuracy has been moderately consistent and correct. The ice coffees, I have to request that they are well stirred, as often I have to re-stir them...Finally if you use the mobile app for coupons, check the participating locations of the coupon first, as galion's McDonald's doesn't support some of the coupons at the time of this writing.“
