“Atmosphere is very laid back. I came here looking for Blackbird Kitchen, thinking it was a restaurant, and was surprised to find that it’s the name of the food sold in the bar. So Blackbird Kitchen is not its own separate restaurant. You order food at the bar and they bring it to your table. Service was quick and the food was good overall. Parking was a bit confusing. Do not park in the parking lot before 6:30pm! You will need to find street parking, which was not hard. Outdoor seating area. In a time that we lazily choose a chain eatery, it’s high time to reflect on what gave us our chains ⛓️Old-school eatery with wood and fixtures older than myself feels like home to me. Add a friendly family and capable staff and some cool trivia and you get a singular experience that was all to common just a couple of decades ago. We had bangers and mash, shepherds pie ?, and ribs. “Okay, I honestly love this bar. I went for the first time to visit a friend for his birthday. This is his regular bar and it was honestly like Cheers or something. The bartender knew them all and was just the sweetest guy. (He also was an older straight man, as far as I know, but was totally comfortable flirting back and forth with my male friend all night. It was really just . . . comforting.) They have a patio that's pretty large and open air. Yes, there will be people outside smoking, but it's not enclosed so you may be able to sit further away from people and not be too bothered. The inside seemed to have plenty of seating. Were there pool tables? I can't honestly remember. I was drinking. The drinks! They had a lot of liquor varieties. I don't know what their beer menu looked like, but I was able to have a few rounds of a mid-level reposado tequila (not Cuervo) and buy my friend a drink for about $20. I was floooooored and left a good tip. The bartender also had come out several times to bring us drinks on the patio (!) and empty everyone's ashtrays. He had a good rapport with many of the customers, I could tell. It's a dive bar in the best way--where the drinks are cheap but good, the atmosphere is chill, and everyone will eventually know your name.“

“Came in for a birthday drink, the whole entire bar sang me happy birthday, the owners came out and got me a drink. I felt like I was at home. “The interior of Daily Growler is nothing special. A small space with a few tables, a small patio area, and a backroom with a few more tables for the overflow. The reason to go to Daily Growler? The around 50 taps of beer. If you are a beer lover this place is paradise. They have a ton of amazing beer options. Unique options many you will have a hard time finding at other places. Whoever decides their tap lineup must be really passionate about finding exciting beers. I recommend getting a flight when you visit. You wont be disappointed!“

“Great People / Owners. We were in the mood to try something local after our baseball game. The food was amazing. Deep fried mushrooms were delicious, and the pizza's we ordered was spot on good. It is places like this that makes me as a customer want to come back again and again with my family. The staff was extremely friendly. Definitely a must eat at.“

“An awesome pub! A lot of people were here for lunch and there were only two servers during lunch time, but they were efficient and friendly. The food was served fast and tasted juicy and fresh. “I was pleasantly surprised by Meister's. I recall reading other Yelp reviews from a few years ago that mentioned rude service. If that's still the case, I didn't experience it or see it with other patrons. I went during an Ohio State men's basketball B1G tournament game, and the sound was on which was appreciated. I also saw that they were a Browns backer bar, so it seems like they have local sports fans covered. Their six draft beers were priced well, but the main event for me was the deep dish pizza. I'm no stranger to this Chicago classic, and I (again) was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The bottom crust was a little thinner than you might find at some places, but to me this was an advantage. My one critique is that the Meat Lovers pizza seemed light on the meat, but there was ample sauce and cheese to satisfy. There were also daily drink specials, a pool table and dart boards, the latter located in a semi-private area with its own TV. I'd go back, and I'd even try their regular crust pizza which looked tasty from afar.“

“I live on the property the restaurant is on. The food seems decent. I've ordered about 3-4 times. So I will say this great fries and great sauces. I never tried the pizza but it does smell amazing. Usually stick with the wings and fries. Wasn't fond of the fact that they will charge you for ranch, sauces etc or maybe it was just me that got charged for sauce ?“

“This bar is the local bar "in a small town" everyone goes to, where "everyone knows each other". The bartenders know their customers and remember them. I love coming here. “I'm surprised at the overall rating for Jimmy V's Grill & Pub. I thought the food was pretty good. I would recommend the pub burger. I just wish the portion was a little bigger. I also would have preferred fries over the pub chips. I didn't like that you couldn't substitute the chips for fries. I also don't like the fact that it's right next to a cigar place. That's kind of gross. As another review mentioned, there was only one person working but she seemed very friendly, attentive and competent. It is more of a bar than a restaurant but if you are looking for a local spot for a drink and something to eat, this could be a good option.“

“It has expanded since it first opened years ago. The layout is inviting and seems to cater to a wide variety of crowds (genX - genZ). That's fine when it's busy but when there's only a few people at the bar, that's absurd. Many times I will drive past, see there's not many people there, and not go in because I don't want to have to spend a bunch of money playing music or sit in silence. “This place has stood the test of time! Westside masterpiece in a lot of ways. The flow of the crowd is a touch up and down... some night its slow, other nights its hopping! but when you're there you feel pretty good. The staff is very solid, nice little patio area to smoke if you'd like, the drinks are priced well,, nice pool tables, dart boards. I do wish they would add the Golden Tee machine back again. “3/26/24... Here for lunch I had the Beef Stroganoff nice large serving for the price. My husband had their Club sandwich and french fries. I'm going to say that 2x I had to speak with Tyler the manager on duty. Tyler was nice and understanding he was willing to help in any way he could. I felt I needed to simply bring it to his attention that Kyle was asked by several people in our party that we needed extra napkins, side plates, drink refills, cleared plates, condiments etc... I understand during this time in the restaurant industry it's difficult to have full staffing. That's not our fault or the way that our family celebration was expecting it to be!
