Came knowing that it’s the end of the night and we might not be able to get everything we wanted but we went through the drive thru and Kevin took our order and was SO nice and patient. “Had the meatball sub and a bowl of potato soup. Everything was fantastic. They should sell the potato soup by the gallon. It was the best I have had in a very long time. Staff was very polite and fast on getting the food fixed and done correctly. Will be back especially for the potato soup.“

“Where do I start with this place???? I have several food allergies and I can eat here. That’s my first positive thing. The second is that the food is actually flavorful. I had a wrap today. It’s so rare that I actually get to pick up something and eat it, but I can here! I get a great meal, I feel welcome, and it’s amazing hospitality. The bread was warm, the veggies were vibrant, and the meats and cheeses were sliced just right. The store itself was clean, well stocked, and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a calm, relaxed atmosphere perfect for a quick lunch or even a casual dinner. “Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.“

“We just had some of the best customer service from our local Jersey Mikes here in Clintonville. My colleague and I ordered delivery on their app because we’re the only 2 people working today, and we can’t have less than 2 people in the building. Unfortunately they forgot one of our drinks, so I called to see if there was any way to get it delivered.

The manager came down himself and brought the drink to us and apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I have never had a better experience with a Jersey Mikes before! The fact that the manager came himself to resolve the issue and hand deliver the drink, AND shake my hand to apologize? You’ve earned a customer for life, and I will always tell my friends and family to hit you guys up for some good eats. Thanks again for your help today!“

“I pretty much eat JJ every other day around the Columbus area. This store out shines all the other ones in my opinion. When they are busy they are calm and still very polite and attentive to the customer. The restaurant is very clean also for all you peeps that don’t want to rely on the freaky fast delivery! Great job guys!“

“The subs were good for being so overly priced now as they are. The lady that made our subs was very friendly and helpful.
I will not tip to have my sub made however. The job requires you to make subs so why would I tip you to do just that?
The bums outside the store always help to bring down the appearance and atmosphere.“

“I went to this Subway after the one on 665 would not take coupons. This store took my coupons. The lady working was very polite. She did a great job making 3 footlong subs for me. Everything was very clean and the food was fresh. My new Subway location.“

“We ordered takeout tonight online, my husband went to pick it up. Once he got there he said the line was out of the front door and they were packed. The woman at the register greeted him and checked to see how much longer and they were just finishing up. When we opened our food everything was correct, even with us changing up the sandwiches and potatoes. And it all tasted great!“

We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“
