“I was on a road trip and taking a midway break after a few hours of driving. The team was all kind and patient as tried to decide what I wanted. It thankfully wasn't busy so I wasn't slowing anyone. They were also chatty and kind - wishing me a safe trip to my destination.

I got the new chicken salad sub on gluten free bread with the works (minus onions). It was good! Peppery but I love that.“

“I saw advertisements about recent improvements being made at Steak Escape. Being from Philadelphia, I am often skeptical of cheese steaks in other cities, especially from chains. That being said, when I looked at the steps the owners were taking to change things, it looked like they were doing all of the right things.
My family made it to the Hilliard location for lunch and we were very impressed. The quality of the ingredients was excellent and the sandwiches were very well made. The fries were also fresh cut and made in peanut oil, providing great flavor.

The Ater of the show to me though was the Cooper Sharp cheese sauce. I think I could put that cheese sauce on almost anything and it would de delicious.

The customer service was also great as the employees made us feel very welcome and made sure we enjoyed our food.

“Jersey Mike’s subs are definitely better than those of Subway and Jimmy John. The red wine improves their subs to the next level. My personal view is that their cold subs are much better than their grilled ones. Cheese and proteins are freshly cut and vegetables are also fresh. This location is close to west campus with great food quality, and fast and friendly service.“

“When we were leaving the parking lot, someone pulled right out in front of us and almost caused a wreck, the food went all over the car. I called the store and Chris generously offered to remake the fries for us. The food is always hot and fresh. We will definitely be back!“

“Love this new location! The owners are very nice and kind! The staff is fabulous and the chicken salad phenomenal! They opened a little over a week ago and I’ve gone three times including midnight for the grand opening, met some really nice people waiting in line for that. So if you’re hungry for something other than the usual burger and fries, definitely check this place out, they have 12 flavors of chicken salad made fresh daily, either a sandwich or with crackers you can’t go wrong. “We just had some of the best customer service from our local Jersey Mikes here in Clintonville. My colleague and I ordered delivery on their app because we’re the only 2 people working today, and we can’t have less than 2 people in the building. Unfortunately they forgot one of our drinks, so I called to see if there was any way to get it delivered.

The manager came down himself and brought the drink to us and apologized for the inconvenience of it all. I have never had a better experience with a Jersey Mikes before! The fact that the manager came himself to resolve the issue and hand deliver the drink, AND shake my hand to apologize? You’ve earned a customer for life, and I will always tell my friends and family to hit you guys up for some good eats. Thanks again for your help today!“

“The subs were good for being so overly priced now as they are. The lady that made our subs was very friendly and helpful.
I will not tip to have my sub made however. The job requires you to make subs so why would I tip you to do just that?
The bums outside the store always help to bring down the appearance and atmosphere.“

This was a good experience. I love the way they lay out the inside of their restaurants. Their signage is always funny. The place was clean and well maintained. The service was a tad slow, but the sub was good.“

We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“

“Hadn't been to Subway for about 5 years but since this was a convenient location I stopped to give it another try a few months ago. Selena was working and was extremely kind. I have been back a dozen times at least and she is working every single time. Every visit she is just as kind. With all the options for food now, that is what makes the difference for me.“

“I lived in Ohio my whole life but nine years ago we went and moved to Arizona. Out of all the food I missed, Penn station cookies. During our trip we went to this location on Friday around 350pm to only buy cookies. Damon the manager was kind, funny, and so didn’t judge that I was buying ten cookies just to take and eat for a taste of home. The way he interacts with staff and customers is what you want to see in restaurants. Next time I come home to Ohio, I can only hope I run into him for my next cookie adventure.
Oh and thanks for labeling my receipt cookies. It made me smile.“

“If you are going to sit inside a Subway to eat then this is one of the nicer ones. Service was friendly and upbeat. It has a nice sitting area. I always find it odd to be in a stand alone Subway as many seem to be in a plaza or gas station.“
