Last 2 trips here in the evening was horrible. Later staff is horrible. Uncooked rice. Horrible customer service. Different price every time after we order the exact same thing. This location is HORRIBLE ordering in the evening.
Each time I order from the Garfield heights location, it is wrong, the chicken is always fatty and chewy, and just overall ruins the taste. Maybe quality at certain locations is different, because I do not have these troubles near my home.

The store was filthy, understaffed and out of half the items I wanted on my burrito bowl. I was hesitant to even eat what I ordered based on how messy and dirty the kitchen serving area was. Sure enough I felt sick the rest of the day after eating here.I love chipotle, but this location needs to be better managed and maintained. Horrrible experience.
