“9/24/2025: This place is a gem! The food and service was amazing! Our server Katina was very attentive and made sure everything was great throughout the night!! We also enjoyed talking with Moma and her daughter. Such an added bonus to the night to meet and hear their stories! Can't wait to go back---until then I will enjoy my left overs!!“
“I came here with my sister last night and will definitely be back! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, and our waitress was the sweetest and she even sent me home with birthday cake! 🎂 The food was amazing (10/10), and I ordered the Conchiglie Salsiccia Italiana, which was so good. Highly recommend Casa Rosa Cucina for great food and even better service!“

“I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Had a really amazing time at M Italian tonight. Food was fabulous and our server Theresa was such a joy and attentive and felt like a friend -thank you Theresa! I enjoyed the lobster and shrimp pasta and I taated the eggplant parm and it was also great. Can’t go wrong here and will be back soon for sure!!“

“We had my birthday celebration there. Let me tell you, the experience was just beautiful. There were 16 of us, and they catered to our every need. The serving staff was patient, and very thorough. They were so attentive, and made certain we were very well taken care of. THE FOOD! Man oh man. That food was the bomb. I think everyone had something different, and we are all still talking about how good it was! I recommend you have dinner with them. You will not regret it. It’s a whole vibe! ❤️❤️“

“Great food! The inferno alfredo pasta is amazing. I grew up in the East Cleveland area and used to be regular in little Italy. First job was a dishwasher at Gustos way back when so I prefer mom and pops authentic food places over olive gardens and fast food pasta chains. This place is definitely a gem, good customer service and hospitality! From Euclid with love!

“Took my wife out to dinner and everything from the moment we walked in the door was amazing! The hostess sat us and took our drink order and brought it over immediately. Our server Kim was fabulous! She was friendly and Courteous. Our food was amazing and portions were more than generous. Definitely a new staple in our dinner line up!“

“Dang, yet another great pizza place in Downtown Willoughby! We got a hot honey pizza and had some wonderful appetizers there. My only notes are the prices were a bit high and the place was pretty cramped unless you sit outside in the back. Despite these, you will only be greeted by very nice staff and have nothing on the menu to complain about.“

“This was really really good pizza. Like really good. The wait staff was attentive and the owner came to visit as well and asked if we were ok. We also got the fried rice balls which were recommended...and were awesome. We loved the place. We watched the Indians play on the big screen and listened to non obnoxious music. Yess!“

“Piccolo and Dolce were food trucks at a food truck event today and they both were amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful! The patience of the young lady at the piccolo food truck was something you don’t see often especially when there’s long lines. She was organized and efficient. Dolce had some amazing desserts and also a very sweet young lady running the window.“

“Tried Cuoco Bello for my first time tonight and it was delicious! I ordered the chicken parm for carry out and it was flavorful, a large portion size, and better than I had anticipated 😊 Just what I was looking for in a great meal! The staff was friendly and I can't wait to go back and try something else! Also, they have weekly specials so definitely check those out too! Highly recommend! 🍝“

“I heard good things about this place so I came to check it out. I was seated instantly on a Friday night which was extremely busy. My food came out literally 5 minutes after I ordered. I had the lamb rigitoni and it was amazing. Sierra was my server and she was polite and efficient. Will definitely be coming back.“

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.
Went back 12/11 and had a wonderful experience with a different chef, Chef Geovanni. He was kind and efficient. I’ve updated my review based on that!“

“Went for the 1st time today, and met some friends we have not seen in a while. The service was exceptional, food was delicious, atmosphere was delightful. Our server went above and beyond mentioning to her manager that we were meeting friends we do not get to see often, and surprised us with a glass of champagne so we could do a toast. we will definitely be back. Thank You for making our gathering extra special. Two of the couple drove an hour and fourty minutes to be there, and well worth it.“

“This location is absolutely beautiful inside. (A little chilly so bring a sweater) our server was wonderful and attentive. I only rated 4 stars on the food because I ordered mariners and somehow got the spicy sauce which was incredibly spice I might add. The server said there was a mix up with the cooks In the kitchen and she was very apologetic. All around a pleasant experience.“

“Curb side pick up… took longer than it should… one woman working take out… the other refused… food sat in bag getting cold on table. They were particularly busy for Christmas Eve… someone else started helping me… then stopped and went away. IDK why the person working with those coming in couldn’t help me??? Obviously they could be more efficient… portion size smaller than usual… although not less money. Bread sticks were warm… everything else cooled considerably.“

“I never thought I'd have another italian sub sandwich again after I stopped eating meat in the late '90s (yeah, people can do it for that long and still be alive. Amazing, right?). And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. I can't believe I've waited this long to try anything from them, but I'm making up for it now.“

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.
The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“
