SURE SOMETIMES A BUSINESS WILL HIRE A PERSON THAT WILL GIVE BAD SERVICE BUT THOSE EMPLOYEES DON'T USUALLY LAST LONG, BUT YOU CAN'T JUDGE THE WHOLE BUSINESS BY A ONCE IN A WHILE FLOP. LIKE I SAID, MY WIFE AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE AND ON OUR MOST RECENT VISIT, A YOUNG MAN NAMED JUSTIN TOOK CARE OF US AND WE HAVE TO GIVE HIM AN EXTRA SHOUT OUT FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE IS SO PERSONABLE, HELPFUL, PATIENT AND DELIGHTFUL. THANK YOU JUSTIN, WE WILL BRING THE GRANDKIDS BY AND HOPE HE IS WORKING.“

I chose to let the decorator pick the colors and when I sent the file I suggested they send me a photo when it was done. Gerri decorated my cake and sent the photo which really made my day! The colors were perfect the print was lined up exactly how I wanted it and seeing it before I picked it up gave me a lot to look forward to. Thank Gerri!“
