“I was at your Germamtown Pike location at 5:30.this evening 11/11/25. The two young employees were absolutely fabulous. They greeted me with tremendous respect and kindness. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of these two serving me. I appreciate how they carried themselves.“

“Best sandwich place in town. Quite possibly the best restaurant in town! Staff is always friendly and professional. Restaurant is always clean. Food is excellent, especially the Roast Beef and Provolone done Mike's way. I love that I can earn points for free food.
Also, I overheard the manager handling a complaint over the phone. She was very professional and understanding with the caller. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she deserves a bonus or raise. Jersey Mike's is lucky to have her running the restaurant! Again, don't know her name, but she was working Thursday evening, about 7:30 May 28th.“

“I love the food at Jersey Mike's. No matter the location food is always top quality. The store itself is clean and well-maintained. My wait wasn't too long so that was great. The two problems with this specific location are: the staff and handling of foods with allergies. I'm giving grace on these things because most of the workers were young and it seems liked the one guy was new. They were very loudly talking about various places they vacationed while also helping customers. Not a huge issue for me, but you could tell they were distracted by trying to carry the conversation on and help customers. As for my allergy, they handled it like every other shop - wiped down the machine and the areas around the line, they also put my bread on a different paper, and changed gloves. Where the issue happened was that the newer guy used the mayo that was on the line, which the knife was on non-gluten bread so cross contamination happened. This is just a good relearning moment on allergies for your staff. Every other Jersey Mike's uses the squeeze bottles for allergies. Not sure if this was just a new person who didn't know, but nobody else guided him to do anything differently.“

“Service is always great at this location. I rarely eat Penn Station because everytime I do, I'm disappointed. Only ate here today because We was kind of in a rush (quick lunch break). I swear Penn Station puts the least amount of Meat on Their Cheesesteaks out of everyone. And always so dry.
Service was great, Food was average I guess and atmosphere is ok. It was $11.09 for a regular cheese steak and a water. And like I said, the Regular Cheese Steak is VERY VERY light on the meat😞“

“Friendly staff for the most part. Food is always ready when we get there and they even wait till we arrive to make our fries fresh. Only gave a 3 on atmosphere because the diningroom isn't the cleanest and the floors are always greasy.“

“The staff at this location are the BEST!! Work up the street so we do lunch here often, I live in Kettering area around 3 other Subways but I come to Miamisburg store because I know customer service and food will be great!! Keep it up, ladies!!“

“The Springboro, OH Jimmy John's is 'Deaf Friendly.' I ordered lunch using paper and pencil and the cashier gestured to an item on the menu to clarify. He communicated everything (i.e. credit card, where to pick up) with gestures. I love it when I meet people who 'go with it' and try their best to communicate even if they don't know sign. You make the world a better place. :)“

“Courtney & Shawnda do a GREAT job and have terrific customer service skills (and make the best cookies-but get there right after opening for soft, warm ones!)! ?

Parking: Part of a strip mall with medical & dental offices next door, so be prepared.

Wheelchair accessibility: Possible difficulty getting-have seen one customer do it w/o hassle. Easy to rearrange chairs once inside.“

“This is the Subway located in downtown Franklin, OH. Everyone is always friendly and work hard to meet the demand of midsize and even large groups. The only drawback for these type groups is lack of available parking. The crew does a great job, though and the food is always good.“

“I’ve had some really good ordering experiences here. They are located down the road from me and the service is exceptional. I got a salad today that was chicken teriyaki. It was 9.99. The salad is a good size and the overall taste was great! I definitely recommend this place to friends and family in my life!“

“Subby’s in Springboro has the best subs! Amazing food all around. I also want to give a very big thank you to one of the employees, I did not catch her name though. I spilled my drink on the table as I was leaving and she came out helped me clean up, and was so kind and sweet about it. I will be a returning customer for the food and the service.“

“The Subway located inside of the Franklin Walmart is a convenient location, when you are shopping & don't want to cook when you get home after a busy day you can just pick up a couple of sandwiches, salads or freshly baked cookies literally on your way out the door. It's the healthier alternative to other fast foods.“

“Gas was about 10 cents more expensive at the station than other nearby locations, but that's the price you have to pay for getting a Subway sub.Service was fast, and the associate was friendly.Place was clean overall.Meatball sub sandwich was tasty.Go into the gas station next door for a much better drink selection (like a blue raspberry slush).Recommended.“

“My Sub Artist Rico was amazing he remembered what I ordered last time and he has only built my sub one other visit. Rico was very nice and washed hands before and after and after my cash transaction. Definitely management material with just a little grooming on technical business practices. “My husband and my daughter go this Subway after the gym. The couple who run the restaurant are always very nice. They have most of our order memorized (except for when we decide to switch things up). :) Overall, we are pleased with the new management and look forward to getting our after-workout meal!“
