“Stopped by here for a quick lunch. We placed our purser at the kiosk. Fast and easy, avoided the line at the counter. The food was prepped timely. This is a smaller restaurant attached to a fueling station so the seating is limited. It appears that most patrons take to go orders. The seating was comfortable“

“I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.“

“It is a great place within a great location. I have been there many times. Last time I was there was not the best time! My order was missed up every time it was made, it was a very simple one as well. On the first trial of getting my simple "white chocolate mocha" I got a dark hot chocolate, on the second time, I got milk with sugar! I didn't say anything after that as the person behind the counter was nice and probably was new! I tried to enjoy my stay with friends instead! Other than this time, everything is really good in that location, but hope they extend their operation hours as we are approaching summer time!“

“On Sunday, December 8th, my Mom, sister and I visited the Kenwood/Cincinnati, OH location around 4:30pm. My sister's car got stuck (would not go into gear) in the drive-through. It's a particularly tricky drive-through to get out of (meaning she couldn't, and everyone behind her was stuck). I ran to the window, paid for the drinks, and asked if someone could help us push the car out. The manager came running out. When we weren't able to do so (the car's emergency brake would not release), he instructed the team to help everyone back out of the drive-through and comp their drinks. The entire store was soooo nice and accommodating. I know that the baristas and team members take a lot of negativity from people, sometimes, but the team at the Kenwood location could not have been nicer and could not have shown better customer service. They should be commended on how the situation was handled.“

“I've always come to this location, and the people here are always really nice. The food here is great, I've never had a complaint at this location before. Today, this girl intervened when I asked for a recommendation for a drink. She said she made a brown sugar cookie, and butter pecan drink, (I've probably got the name of that wrong.) But, it is amazing!!! I highly recommend going to this location, you will not be disappointed. Five stars!“
