“Heard about this place from friends, wanted to try since they were back open. Went on a Saturday night around 4:30ish. We had around a 10 minute wait, which a couple of bar seats opened up. Shortly after it was packed at the door. Recommend going early if you don't want to wait. Small seating area near the bar, but larger expanded area in the back. We had apps which consisted of the pretzel bites. They were fried and served with a cheese sauce as well as honey mustard. They were good. Crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The fries and onion rings were great. The fries were had cut, nice crisp and soft center. Onion rings were huge! I ordered the Ragin' Cajun' it was amazing. Great cook on the burger. Plenty of toppings to make it all come together. Not too spicy, but had a bit of a kick that left you wanting more.“

“This place is an experience in itself. It's feels like you're back in the 50's and. 60's. It's so cute. You get a daily Newark newsletter. There is a large menu with lots of yum to choose from. Their French Onion soup was amazing! My friend got the steak and loved it. The service is excellent, the food is affordable and delicious.“

“Had an early dinner this evening. As expected the food was excellent. I had the cheese ravioli special and my dining partner had chicken and broccoli. Fun creative drinks. And as usual Nate makes everyone feel like they are the most important person he has met today. No room for improvement!“

“I really enjoy visiting Copper Penny..But on the last visit, which was on annual GDO (girls day out on the lake), the staff did not seem very organized. I ordered the bone-in wings; they tasted good but were a little overdone.Parking: Boat parking too!“

“Menu is "eh". My husband loves it but everything is fried. I know it's bar food but I'm left feeling like sh*t usually lol. Their beer selection is huge which was awesome and they had some hard-to-find-beers which we thought was cool. There is a jukebox and lots of TVs making this a great game-day spot.“

“Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere in a small town in Ohio! The boneless wings I had for lunch were good without any sauce. Our server was nice and served our drinks in an efficient manner. The server who delivered our food was kind and handed it to us and we enjoyed it.“
